Unable to fix a boiler for 1 5 month now

This company is unable to fix a boiler in our apartment for 1 5 months now All this time we live with cold water only On their side no one cares they do not reach out protectively we have to call them and remind about our issue Do not use them of your are looking for a good management company

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service The property we were staying in was sold to another landlord and we were not informed and woke up one day to a new person claiming that we need to pay rent to them having already paid that months rent Half of the rent was paid to the old landlord and until this day we are not able to get a refund and I have been calling them for over a month and I get told that nothing can be done if the landlord isn t responding and we re trying with absolutely no updates or communication on what s happening I am completely and utterly disappointed Completely unacceptable behavior from a presumably high value service agency Will never rent a property managed by them again and have advised everyone I know not to do the same Don t do it unless you wanna waste your money and time

AVOID AVOID AVOID I am so happy now that my landlord decided to use a different agent Once upon a time the service was good but it seems all the good people have now left Communication is just terrible Are the staff even real or are they just AI I have noticed they have 5 star reviews from their own contractors totally not dodgy at all is it

If I could put 0 stars I would Landlords and tenants should be aware of this company Following the rules and being complicit with regulations is just not something they can do They avoid accountability and would deteriorate relationships between landlords and their tenants due to their inability to efficiently manage - causing financial repercussions to both There is a high staff turnover and I was never aware of who my property manager was to report any issues Maintenance concerns are subpar and take ages to be completed without any haste I have no idea how they are still operational - they can barely comply with their own rules much less other laws A proper review need to be conducted by independent bodies into Ezytrac as I am positive it would reveal a lot of unfair trading standards

Very poor service

Very poor service personally would rather be on the streets than use them Slow to react to calls and emails Dealt poorly with repair requests Then charge ridiculous amounts to replace items that weren t missing

Unfortunately still a tenant under this company and have been for 1 5 years Never respond to emails or questions last summer I questioned them about randomly receiving bills for communal charges which are not in my contract and I started to receive after 6 months of being in the property When I asked about this nobody responded now 8 months later they are threatening me with a debt collection agency haven t confirmed or replied to any of my questions Are always so rude and take over a week to reply And after checking the reviews it looks like this is an ongoing issue their side Luna and Sheila are extremely rude and unprofessional I even had an issue with my front door last year where I was locked in I contacted them on the weekend and the emergency number was OFF Shambles of a company

They refused to return refund blaming all the wrongs with the apartment Self check in shall never be an option with them Take their staff with you during check-in Record everything on video and make photos make them sign

Terrible company

I will use this other review as my own as my experience is exactly the same I m still waiting for my deposit since 30 06 They manage to respond to emails when it s time to renew the tenancy or raise the rent but they somehow can t figure out how to do it for maintenance issues and they blame tenants for existing damage that s been documented on the inventory

The Worst Management Company

Currently a tenant that s been using Ezytrac for the past 1 5 years They have the worst customer service and majority of the jobs done at my property have been botched They don t take any complaints seriously and really doing a disservice to all the property they are managing You will rarely get a hold of them over the phone email replies are extremely slow

SCAMMERS

I wanted to rent a property in Wakefield a guy called Declan contacted me and demanded a holding deposit I paid then he went silent and refused to respond to any communication 2 days later he told me I had failed their credit check and the deposit was not refundable Then to make things worse I phoned an was told I failed an Identity check even though I supplied my British passport and driving licence The reference agency Goodlord contacted me 2 days after they said I failed and asked for more documents so they can complete their checks
