Boiler issue solved

Ezytrac team Jeff Palma is very helpful They sorted out our boiler issue which previously solved temporarily by previous agent but Ezytrac team issued new new parts to get rid of the problem However it would have been great if the problem had solved faster it took 17 days to solve the boiler issue without having access to the hot water Still great job Thanks team

Recent correspondence with Fran re rent

Recent correspondence with Fran re rent increases fairly smoothly but emails were directed at my other half when I have historically dealt with the comms for the past 6 years Fran responded quickly and dealt with the questions I had in a timely manner

I ve been a long standing landlord with Ezytrac when it was in its infancy in London After a few dropped balls and a serendipitous chance to speak with Brett Allegre Wood Luna Bell was assigned my new property manager She has restored my confidence in retaining Ezytrac s management service after expediting a swift tenancy agreement and an impressive rental fee Well done Luna and thank you Brett for all your help

I thought the process would be super painful but they ve been great and given a really good user experience Faith has been so helpful and always kept me in the loop whenever I ve needed anything Highly recommended

Hannah followed through with my

Hannah followed through with my process and it was a very smooth experience throughout the process The only thing I struggle with is the GOOD LORD App to apply all of my documents That app is not friendly it can t reach the responsible person easily In my personal experience you people need to resolve this issue in future

The death of a tenant left a dependant in the property and Hannah was very helpful thoughtful and understanding as we worked together to find a solution to benefit both of us

Once again Ethan has proved his worth He identified an opportunity to increase rents proceeded to negotiate a 5 increase which will have a positive impact on both my and Ezytrac s returns Florence did an even better job this time She managed to secure a 10 increase which was above my expectations Well done guys Well done

I ve rented a property with Ezytrac Since the beginning Joanna was super comprehensive with all my questions and concerns from the tenancy agreement and length to a lock issue that she managed to sort it on the same day She promptly assisted me through the renting process doing everything in her power to make my tenancy as pleasant as possible If we had any sort of concern or problems with the property We could literally just pick up the phone and give her a call and she would sort it out within minutes We expect the same experience from the ezytrac team throughout our tenancy

Super team

We have been with Ezytrac for 14 years since they were YPC We currently have a super team managing our properties Renewals are being dealt with promptly by Florence who clearly has good negotiating skills has been doing a great job Maintenance is being dealt with by the very efficient Beth who also does a great job Property managers - I think Faith has made a big difference to the service being delivered while Hannah deals with re-lets check-out etc in a very competent manner All the team respond promptly to correspondence engage well A pleasure to deal with all of you - long may it last

I was keen to reduce the void period on

I was keen to reduce the void period on a property and Hannah kept me updated in a timely fashion re potential tenants She told me about a block viewing and passed on info to me quickly via email Thank you Hannah for answering my queries quickly It is stressful when bills still have to be paid so thank you Hannah for making things as easy as possible Lets hope the tenant passes referencing
