Please stay away if you can They are dangerous I have had issues in the house for years and never resolved anything and they sent dodgy people to fix two issues out of the 7 and those people are harassing me because they aren t getting paid by the agency

They failed to send me bills

Ezytrac failed to set up my energy account properly when I moved into one of their properties resulting in invoices being sent to them rather than me They then repeatedly failed to forward those invoices to me when they received them leading to extra charges accruing Finally they sent them to me 2 years late several months after I left the property threatening me with legal action Their negligence led to extra costs and stress

absolutely disgusting housing agency Very poor responses throughout my tenancy do not pick up the phone do not arrange repairs in a timely fashion have still not returned my deposit 3 months after ending tenancy Going through courts now

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service How this company claims to have a 4 4 review on trust pilot is very interesting Such as a review from one of their contractors on 26th April saying they have rented for 3 years through this company gives you an idea of how they operate PLEASE think very carefully before you entrust this company to do any work for you as a landlord They do not manage they make your life even harder You get what you pay for They don t respond to emails phone calls or requests and their contractor fees are phenomenally expensive Go else where you will thank me for this

Don t expect any kind of service as a tenant

They manage to respond to emails when it s time to renew the tenancy or raise the rent but they somehow can t figure out how to do it for maintenance issues and they blame tenants for existing damage that s been documented on the inventory Quite pathetic Update We were evicted because the landlord was selling the property Ezytrac dragged us through deposit protection arbitration for no reason they are illiterate and unable to compare two documents wasting our time Of course their claim to our deposit was unsuccessful Trash Avoid at all costs

Awful AVOID

Awful They didn t pass certain invoices to me until I was threatened with debt recovery action and then refused to admit wrongdoing or remedy it Everything you ask them to do is met with delays and arguments Sometimes you don t even get a response They did exactly the same thing to my brother too Such a shame because Gladfish their sister company are very good when selling you good value properties but Ezytrac ruin it by the way they treat their property management customers

I wrote a very negative review of Ezytrac about 15 months ago at a time when the vast majority of reviews were similarly negative By an extraordinary coincidence 17 very positive 5 star reviews suddenly appeared in around 3 days from 25th April 2022 Clearly a case of making up reviews to outweigh the bad ones How come I m not surprised

Very unprofessional staff delayed move - in date property was dirty

Very unprofessional staff Utterly ignorant of maintenance issues My move-in date was delayed by 12 days due to their admin mistake When I finally moved in - flat was dirty and not at all move-in ready Staff are very defensive and unwilling to communicate on professional level I have requested for damaged items to be replaced - after 6 weeks - none from Ezytrac bothered to get in touch Worse rental experience ever Would not recommend Very low maintenance standards and bizarrely unprofessional staff

The worse Realstate company that u can deal with them inuaeNo respectZero customer serviceI want my security chq now more than 2 month following up with them to give it to me back and ever day different story and same time no reply and if I call to ask about the amount they tell me the account busy we will chk and came back to u Like that for more than 2 month only to return back my security amountAnd tell now I didn t get any thingAnd if you chk all the reviews before you will find same issue with anther tenant and i think this is them estrategy

Extremely Poor Management and Service

Extremely Poor Management and ServiceMy experience with this property management team has been absolutely terrible Since moving into the property 15 days ago it s been one issue after another and the level of communication and service has been appalling No radiators leaving the house cold and uncomfortable No microwave a basic amenity missing despite being promised No hot water which is a serious inconvenience and should be a priority to fix Water leakage with pipes causing constant trouble and delays in getting anything resolved Every issue takes far too long to sort out and the lack of responsiveness or urgency from the team is shocking This has been the worst experience I ve had with property managers If you re considering renting through them think twice they don t seem to care about tenants or providing even the most basic services
