Misleading pricing is a disappointment all looks good and then one sees Fees Charges VAT Lets not have a price displayed that looks good but by the time one goes to pay - Its a different more expensive price

I tried to book for at least 6 times and received 5 sms from my bank for the credit card charges on the room rate but all turned out to be unsuccessful at your website and i hv to call the bank to cancel the charges

Cockroaches everywhere

Unprofessional impudent student employee and cockroaches everywhere Even at the breakfast area I have a few photos as a proof It was a nightmare There were a bar at the other side of the street so it s impossible to sleep at night

Incorrect info on website but nice costumer service

Nice costumer service after incorrect booking information on the website Booked a standard room at Coralina Islands 2 king beds price including taxes But the room has 1x queen bed and taxes are not included I compared the information before making the booking on Vio com and Booking com Vio com offered a better price So I booked But unfortunately booking com was right about the room and tax information and Vio com was not Vio com contacted me directly after letting them know about this miscommunication They were very kind in finding a solution Have to say that unless the information was incorrect their service is sublime

I wasn t aware that full payment would be taken out of my account when making my hotel booking When booking booking through other sites like booking com it doesn t take money out until the day or two before arrival

So I booked my room for November 9 of 2023 and I ve been at this hotel for 2 days so I decided to book another day and use vio for the first time Because they offered lower rates BIG MISTAKE I went downstairs and the hotel had no records of my reservation I provided them all the information and even showed my confirmation number and email still nothing showed up When contacting Vio they don t have a customer service phone number so they only had the chat option or send an email I waited almost an hour and couldn t get any help from them I am currently still waiting for someone to contact me This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received I do not recommend booking using Vio ever in life You will regret it Customer service is way to hard to get ahold of Update So I finally got ahold of someone through their online chat by the name of Anton As I was downstairs in the lobby waiting Anton said he reached out to his booking team and that they called the hotel and the hotel informed him that their systems were down Funny thing is I was standing at the front desk the entire time and the phone ABSOLUTELY DID NOT EVEN RING Also as I was standing at the front desk and they explained to me they had NO reservation information for my name or under my confirmation number vio con provided I had to pay for another room I went right to super com and booked online and guess what the reservation showed right up the moment I clicked pay on the third party app So how are the systems down yet I was able to make a new reservation with a different company without problems Once all this was brought up again no refund in sight

I requested early check-in Upon arrival there was no room for me and was advised to come back at 3p I was coming from airport to attend my sister s birthday I needed shower and a place to rest before event but the hotel couldn t help with any of my situation I had to leave and found somewhere else to lodge I need my refund ASAP

Problems with the reservation

When I filled the format up for my reservation in Vio com and clicked on the final reservation button I had a message with credit card declined however Checking my credit bank balance I have the charge in my credit card for that reservation What can I do to make this clarification I can share with you the bank folio date time amount hotel place etc to fix it as soon as possible
