I was making 2 separate reservations

It was my first attempt to book on the site Took some time to complete with the offer I had seen Tried to redirect not showing the offer originally chosen Happy with the ultimate outcome

I was making 2 separate reservations because Vio com does not allow you to book 2 types of rooms in one reservation as booking com does take a page from their playbook The second reservation ended up giving me an error message I backed out to redo the reservation and the original price I was reserving at changed to a higher price Not a good thing Vio com

Easy to use and got excellent price

We were under the impression that we were booking each room for four people to accommodate our family vacation but when we received our final confirmation the rooms 2x is only for two people each room Please accommodate our request to have four people for each room at no additional costs Thank you for your assistance

Great Price Nice Hotel Convenient Location Vio com Slow follow through

I found the Vio com site attached to the Pan Pacific site easy to navigate My husband and I both were checking availability on our phones It was a little curious that my husbands view of exactly the same unit was 40 00 less both with Vio com We got the ID or confirmation number yet I am still waiting for an email to confirm all the information and details about the booking We finally phoned the hotel to make sure we were indeed booked So Vio com at the moment is a little slow on the follow through We tried calling Vio com to no avail We did however get a great price on a room at a the Pan Pacific a nice hotel right across the road for my medical appointment

A bit frustrating if you need details

I wanted to inquire about adjoining rooms and check in times after midnight but there was no way to find out the hotel s phone number prior to booking so I had to Google it I had tried the numbers listed on the site but they redirected me to contact the hotel directly so in this respect the site felt cludgy and complicated my planning Also the site listed some weird room suite options that weren t really valid for the hotel in question so it caused me to question the integrety of the site I still went with it hoping that the good deal was legit Didn t know it was affiliated with Priceline until I saw the payment info That could ve helped build my confidence

Confusion

Never used this website to book accommodation before I booked then called the hotel to check and it is all confirmed Wow the prices are incredible I would have given 5 stars but I haven t seen the room yet and no pay pall option to book

I have been looking for accommodation

The only problem was there was a confusion regarding which hotel i booked I made it for Vine 18 wrote down all the info for it But when we arrived there it was for another hotel which was actually very close by and actually we enjoyed the location better They say this confusion happens a lot Maybe it s a website problem
