Rental Plus the easy car rental company
The Rental Plus compound is located off site from Pisa Airport On leaving the airport turn right and walk for a few hundred metres This is were the bus their shuttle bus is They also give you a telephone number just in case A few minutes later you arrive at the office Mostly Italians renting Very quick turnaround No hard sell to take their insurance in fact no mention of it Two electronic signatures a few photo copies and you are away Painless and pleasant We had a Fiat 500 category but we re given a VW Up a very good substitute with 20000km which given the world wide shortage of cars very acceptable The car was clean inside and out with only a minor damage as marked on the car condition emailOn return it was simply leave key and go A few hours later and email arrived with updated car condition report which was the same as when we picked up and a thank you That s it hassle freeOne tip Note the location of the compound to make finding it easy on your returnHighly recommend

Great Service Lovely Car Easy process - Naples Branch
We hired a car for 19 days from the Naples office through Do You Italy Pick up process from the airport was simple and quick they had a lovely VW T-Roc for us to use Had a couple of small scratches but it was on the paperwork and they said to video photo the car which we did Dropped the car off as soon as they opened Had a look around the car checked the fuel was topped up All signed there and then saying no damage etc on their tablet Had the details by email saying 100 of deposit to be returned within 2 minutes and a PDF to confirm Super smooth and professional service Would definitely recommend

We used Rental Plus in April in Rome I read negative things but the price was good The rental is on site at the airport which is already good We were given a very nice car new and in perfect condition Both the check out and the check in were quick no hussle I was impressed with both the car and the service I would defintly use again
