Prolonged Delivery Time

The big let-down was the 3 weeks it took to deliver my order which I had to chase up more than once The excuse given was that the courier had lost the parcel interestingly this same excuse appears to have been given to others judging by other Trustpilot reviews On the up-side - the lights I purchased are excellent and the price I paid was competitive The agent who dealt with my query was very polite and helpful - it s just a shame about the prolonged delivery But for the failed delivery I would have posted 5 stars on Trustpilot

Disappointed

Bought a black monkey lamp disappointed to see that there were a few gold patches showing through the black paint which were really noticeable Being housebound it was too much hassle for me returning the lamp so I used a black marker to cover up the gold colour patches Delivery was excellent I ordered on the 28th it arrived on the 30th and it was well packaged

Nice looking light but temperamental

I liked that the delivery was quick and the price good too I don t like the fact that the light I bought a Lutec Stanos two led light is temperamental Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn t I didn t buy the remote as all I needed was a landing light that I could switch on and off at the top or bottom of the stairs using the wall switches

Could be better

Disappointing really Ordered two lamps that arrived fairly promptly however one was damaged Very helpful team initially and agreed to send the part that had fallen off However it took over 3 weeks and a chase email to arrive and when it did it was also damaged A return and refund was eventually offered but it was one of two lamps and it s more hassle to do this The lamp is lovely and I have ended up keeping the damaged one My faith was lost in the company when the replacement part they sent was also damaged which is a shame

Speedy delivery and excellent product

The delivery process was seamless and very fast Now the light fitting is in place it looks excellent and certainly does what we wanted Thank you for your excellent service

V nice lights

Lights ordered are very good but the bulbs I also ordered were not packed well As a result one was broken when it arrived However a replacement bulb is now being sent The lights don t provide a massive amount of illumination - but I didn t particularly want this and they look great

Unable to order online but contacted them and was quickly called back which was very helpful My order was completed over the phone Unfortunately the lights aren t as bright as I had hoped lovely quality and colour well packaged and I will try different bulbs

Good set of lights I purchased and very quick delivery My only reason for 4 stars is only because I waited to purchase the lights for weeks because I wanted the day and night sensor version but they didn t seem to really have a lot in stock so bought the ones without and now use a smart plug instead
