Something A Little Different

Well made stylish product which will look perfect in our new fusion vintage contemporary bathroom quick free delivery bit annoyed that there had been a price hike within the space of a few weeks from 65 85 to 72 76

Slight issue but sorted promptly

Ordering delivery was good however it seemed one of the 2 lamps I ordered had probably been a return it wasn t packaged in the same way as the 2nd and the screw section that holds the shade in place was missing Emailed and a very prompt response received from Kat stating the missing part would be posted out I d also ordered bulbs at the same time same order number but these were dispatched separately Despite the issue with the lamp I would order again as the customer service was very good

Reasonable price and good quality

Reasonable price and good quality product purchased I only marked 4 out of 5 because I did not receive an email to confirm that the order was dispatched and I wasn t home when the delivery was attemped I only found out about the parcel being left at the back door when I went out to take out the rubbish If I hadn t gone out the box would have been left outside overnight soaked with rain water Some form of notification would be better Free delivery and it was actually quite fast Just something for improvement

Easy to order

The website and ordering of a Saxby light was very easy There was a delay in receiving the order and when I queried it First Choice light were very good in getting back to me and tried to fix the issue it appeared the delay was down to the shipper having lost my parcel

Good product Disappointed with communication re delivery time

The actual product looks good just as described in advert - so have given 4 stars Wasn t so happy with delivery - took nearly 17days from order date to arrive That might not sound so bad but communication around delay was not good

Great service

Unfortunately the lamp was faulty when it arrived but the customer service from First Choice Lighting was excellent We decided not to have a replacement and we got a refund promptly and without quibble A great experience even though we didn t buy something in the end Just given 4 stars due to the faulty product but 5 for service

Overall satisfactory experience

Easy to order online Received confirmation of order the next day Did not receive any notification of dispatch other than being contacted by the courier Design of the light is not the best Switch mounting had to be rotated to make it operate smoothly and with less force I suggest technical dept takes a look at this Endon Lighting - 2017-WB - Wave wall light

Good Customer Service

When I first received my order I found it to be the wrong colour item that had been shipped I contacted first choice lighting and the problem was sorted very quickly with the correct item being delivered a few days later

Could not get the same price any where

Could not get the same price any where else The reason for not giving five stars is there was no update on order for three days I have conatcted them and then got update on delivery
