Very good price for this floor lamp and delivered on time and well protected Knocked off a star as I didn t hear from them after initially placing my order which made me a little uneasy so had to ring them after a couple of days to ask for a confirmation email which they then sent without delay and apologised for overlooking I would definitely use them again though

Lovely lampshade

It s only four stars as I ordered a lampshade and wasn t informed at time of order that it was out of stock A lady from the company rang and apologised and said it would be delivered at a later date which it was as promised The lampshade was lovely just what I wanted and at a very reasonable price

Very pleased with the lamp at a great price and delivered on time You would have got 5 but the lamp bulb socket had to have it s contacts raised in order to make a proper contact with the bulb Nevertheless the discounted price more than compensated for this defect

First Can I just say the customer support was 10 10 the fact that I can call a company and they respond asap All mails too responded to promptly My package was due to arrive after the holidays so it was a day delayed but still no complaints Pricing too was great the only feedback I have is that their social media hasn t been updated in a year so initially I was a bit skeptical but once I called the representative was courteous and helped me to make a decision promptly

Stunning lamp much nicer than online photos Shade slightly darker neutral than expected but still am in love with it Adds glamour to living room a real statement piece Company answered queries i had promptly Well packaged and delivered quickly after ordering

Worth the wait

Worth the wait It took a little longer than expected but I did order over the Christmas holiday so I wasn t too worried The lamp is really good quality and looks beautiful in person My only comment to make it even better would be to have the option of a white shade as this one is more beige toned but nonetheless still very nice
