My partner bought a 3 year old seat off these robing With they re seat approved full warranty and 30 day money back guarantee Not worth the paper or ink Had issues in the 2 weeks took back to local dealers as it had a rattling under load And engine management light on told her it was a ega issue Called them to say it had issues did reply for 5 days Car was out of the garage 8 days and back again engine management ligth on again this time was told by local dealer that the car wasn t repairable as it was adblue ega and a few other things So ended up stopping the payments and having to go through seat customer services Got it resolved FB saying it was the local dealers swasea had uploaded the wrong updates on the software Partner said no to having the car being returned her and seat agree But FB then took a1k off the money due to her having the cheek to have driven the car and put miles on it Oh it was put back up for sale at the same price as before so doubling they re money In car industry in general needs a kick up the In what other industry would you be treated like this Also when they came to get they re car back and the or dastardly it drive her car down to prove there was not thing wrong with it And removed personal stuff out of the car and damaging it It got to the point where she just given up with them and doesn t want to to complain I wouldn t by a car off this group

Why was no stars not an option
Only gave 1 star because none wasn t an option Bought a 2018 Kia Sportage 2021 within 12 months the Catalytic converter had to be replaced took a month to get it booked and fixed Another 6 months and the Clutch and Master Slave had gone back to Kia for repair but couldn t book me in for at least 3-4 weeks so had to take to another garage Now a further 6 months on and the RAC have rescued me for the 3rd time in 2 years no fuel getting to the engine so car won t start RAC got it running just to get to Kia but guess what yes that s right you ll have to leave it here till we can fit you in for 3 weeks time we need all your paperwork for warranty but it won t be covered anyway So now I have a car that only starts intermittently and Kia aren t interested in helping No customer service at all will have to take to my own mechanic to have looked at but tempted to just empty the car and leave it there and tell them to cancel the contract as I am over half way through Will never recommend and will never buy another car from the dealership Buyers beware

I purchased the new Nissan X Trail Tekna plus 50k car We were missold the car and missold finace and told car comes with 22inch wheels and remote climate control It doesn t It doesn t even exist on this model Car wasn t serviced as promised scratch marks engine makes strange noises driver door doesn t close properly battery doesn t charge properly All true no lie You just can t believe it Noone really bothers to call you back or email oh after several weeks of chasing they offered a minor service and 1 regular service for free as a good will gesture Yeah right Don t trust this company and don t buy from them Reported to the Motor Ombudsman and Financial conduct authority FCA and Nissan head office Everyone needs to do the same as they will help get your money back

My partner phoned about a nissan qashqai tekna on Saturday but as office was shut she left an email even though they were still open Only to ask how many owners from new and service info no re-directed phone line and as yet now reply so I m glad I bought the car from somewhere else as if u can t be bothered to sell a car then what would u be like if I had any issues with the car had I bought it Lucky escape I suppose so take note as this tells u everything u have been warned

Would be ZERO stars if possible Untrustworthy Toyota dealership Placed a 99 online deposit on Toyota CHR GR Sport on 05-06-24 I received an email the same day from Michelle joke of a salesperson saying that she would contact me on 06-06-2024 to progress the sale I also received an email on 05-06-24 from Fish Brothers congratulating me on my online purchase of the CHR I had done a Fish Brothers online part exchange value for my vehicle of 10555 which was less than I had hoped for but was prepared to accept I spoke to Michelle on 06-06-24 regarding the purchase and the condition of the purchased vehicle she went on to say that the part exchange valuation of my vehicle was 10000 I was gobsmacked and said that I had used Fish Brothers online part exchange valuation and the valuation was 10555 she said that she would have to speak to her manager she got back to me after speaking to her manager and that he said the real value of my part exchange vehicle was 9000 what a load of crap but they would honor 10000 not the 10555 that their own system came up with My 99 deposit remained on the vehicle Michelle and I agreed to reconvene the day after 07-06-24 and that she would ring me Needless to say the phone call never arrived therefore I prompted her by email about the phone call she eventually rang me to say that the CHR that I had agreed to purchase and placed my 99 deposit on and had receipt of purchase on had been SOLD I was absolutely gobsmacked and could not believe what I was hearing Michelle went on to say that she had emailed me earlier that morning regarding the CHR having been SOLD needless to say that this was a lie as there was not that email in my inbox I asked to speak to the manager who rang me a few minutes later The manager went on to say that the CHR had been sold 48 hours before I put my deposit on it I went on to say that I had not had an email that morning from Michelle he said you are calling us liars which I agreed with him and he put the phone down on me This is unbelievable behaviour from a Toyota main dealer and I would not recommend anyone to go anywhere near dealing with them Please read the rest of the reviews and AVOID AT ALL COSTS This is a completely accurate account of what went on Toyota Head Office informed

Sold the Car After Agreement and Told Me Not to Leave a Deposit Yet
My experience with Fish Brothers Toyota was extremely disappointing and frustrating I visited the dealership on Saturday with the intention of buying a Toyota Rav4 for 33 000 in cash I found the perfect car and requested a towbar installation by Wednesday though I mentioned it wasn t a big issue if it wasn t ready by then When I asked if they could give me a discount on the towbar the salesman offered a discount on the car instead which I accepted He promised to speak to his boss on Monday The salesman assured me they would get the car ready by Monday and the towbar by Tuesday though it wasn t 100 guaranteed I agreed to these terms However by Sunday the car had disappeared from AutoTrader which worried me I was told they likely took it off the listing because of my pending purchase On Monday morning I received a call informing me that someone had purchased the car online overnight I questioned how it could be sold overnight after the dealership had closed and why it was removed from AutoTrader during their opening hours but received no satisfactory answer It was clear they had sold the car completely ignoring our agreement 1 I was ready to buy the car on Saturday 2 I had the cash ready in my bank account 3 I was willing to pay a deposit but the salesman told me not to pay anything until Monday 4 I didn t need any discounts and had made it clear I was serious about the purchase Fish Brothers Toyota not only disappointed me but also tried to offer me another car with fewer features for more money This is a clear example of unfair business practices I do not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for reliable and honest service

Regarding Kia in general and the Swindon branch Less than happy or impressed with the experience we had there We need 2 things looking at under warranty They refused both All is good when you are wanting to buy a car but not when anything needs fixing One of the things we needed looking at is a potential safety issue they were not interested I ll never have another Kia again Thanks for the zero support Kia Swindon
