They charged me 671 24 just to replace a water pump in my Renault Kangoo van

I bought a dash cam for my Toyota Yaris I was disappointed that it didn t come with instructions for my car model which has a fuse box inside the engine bay despite me putting all the details of my car during the purchase I then tried to contact them to return the item and used their return form on their website No answer I tried calling No answer Left a voice mail and was not contacted back I then emailed them asking at least for instructions for my car No answer The item I bought is in perfect condition but it s sitting inside the box because I didn t have a reply from their costumer service team

My wife had a puncture in our FR-V so I went out to her One of the studs had been cross threaded and the wheel nut was super stiff The car was recovered to another Honda dealer NOT Fish Brothers who quoted for a replacement hub saying that the hub would need replacing as the stud would shear off They also said that the hub would need replacing as the other studs would be damaged So the upshot was that we had the car recovered to another garage who confirmed the only damaged parts were one stud and one wheel nut I rang Fish Brothers Parts Department and Lee was so helpful the polar opposite of the other Honda dealer He explained that the studs were replaceable on our car something the other Honda dealer completely failed to mention He gave me the part numbers and links I needed so I could order them and then followed up with confirmation that they should be with me by the following Wednesday or Thursday This was a Friday before a bank holiday weekend I was sent a tracking link from the courier and the parts arrived with me on Wednesday afternoon around 16 45 in good time for our appointment to have them fitted My experience with Lee and Fish Brothers has been utterly refreshing open honest and helpful from start to finish

Great service and refreshingly professional My Toyota van went in for a service and a little fix and I can say that the level of service was amazing Whoever is the manager there runs a very tight ship and it clearly shows I will be recommending them to my friends and colleagues

We were looking for a Nissan Juke had looked around a fair bit drove passed Fish Bros in Swindon on our way home we turned around for a quick look summising we couldn t afford anything We struck gold we found the car we wanted for the right money right mileage and good spec Blake came out and engaged with us after about ten mins told us about the car gave us a test drive gave us a good trade in price We picked up on some areas of the car that needed attention and Blake made a note of these Everything we detailed was corrected to an as new spec plus alot lot more We also purchased an extras pack our choice that finishes of the car superbly All in all an A experience from Blake Thank you Sir

My car broke down and this garage stepped up to the Mark and l was back on the road in no time That was very important to me as there is no public transport where l live I was kept informed all the time and the service was second to none the highest praise l can give is that l would definitely use them again when needed Need to single out Lisa on reception she was so professional and was so helpful also Jane in the service dept who sourced a part for me that would of otherwise kept my car off the road for a month both these lovely Ladies went the extra mile they are a definite asset to the company pleasure to deal with thank everyone very much

I needed a new car due to a medical condition we went to see Blake again as we d recently purchased a Juke from him This time we bought an X Trail Great price trade in was very fair intact better than the on line dealers we buy etc New car was serviced mot s etc and collected in a seamless transaction Thank you Blake I ll be back for an electric car in a couple of years I can t recommend Blake high enough great bloke to deal with
