The following review is divided into sections with individual ratingsOverall Rating 4 8 stars I had planned on eventually purchasing two adjustable desks and now that I ve had first-hand experience with the E7 as well as FlexiSpot s excellent Customer Service I have no hesitation to order the 2nd desk from them Black E7 Desk-Frame 5 stars smooth quiet operation and very stable when in use It s my first adj desk so I cannot comment on speed other than to say that it s fast enough Black Formica 120x80 Desk-Top 5 stars I decided on the black desktop a no-frills choice Desktop delivered in perfect condition All but one screw-hole were pre-drilled with good alignment They left out the one center hole perhaps due to slight variations when assembling Website Shopping Cart 5 stars The website is fairly well designed to custom-building a desk purchasing paying Order Info Tracking 4 stars While I could check the status of the delivery of the E7 desk-frame delivery info of the desktop was nowhere to be found I received email s with shipping details for the frame sent with one shipping firm but absolutely nothing regarding the desktop sent with a different shipping firm I had to contact the FlexiSpot Support Desk in order to determine the status of the desktop Customer Support 5 stars Although I was forced to contact the Support desk regarding that status of the desktop Support responded within one business day with all the info I needed I also had an issue with one of the desk-frame s parts and contacted Support again After providing them with requested info they promptly shipped me a replacement part and offered to pay for the Customs fee as it was shipped from outside the EU

I ve had their table for about a year now and have had nothing but a positive experience Both service- and product-wise I have absolutely no qualms and enjoy using the table I could make height-adjustable thanks to their legs

I needed a receipt of my purchase 2 years ago I received it within an hour Also the desk I bought is great Thank you
