TLDR bought an electric standing-desk frame and a chair in 2021 still in very good working conditions very satisfied and I would recommend 100 Back in 2021 when I needed to quickly improvise a WFH space I went for a cheap standing-desk frame and a chair I remember thinking that the chair would not last long and be a waste of money But I was totally wrong it was basic but very comfortable and even now in 2025 after I sat on it every day for 8 hours for 3 years while working from home it is still in pristine condition In the past month I had the first problem with the electric standing-desk frame one of the legs stopped going up After getting in contact with Flexispot s customer service they guided me into some basic troubleshooting we were able to confirm that one of the electric motors was not working properly and they promptly sent a replacement which was very easy to install Now my desk is fully functional again In summary very good prices very good products and very good support even many years after the purchase I am very satifisfied

I have a standing desk from Flexispot that is awesome One of the motors stopped working and immediately I rerported to them they sent me a replacement very quickly I also have had an ergonomic chair that I bought from them A screw broke in one of the attachments that makes the chair unusable and they sent me a whole new chair as replacement I ll keep buying from them

I could cancel my order recently and without problems I will make a new order but my First one was my fault

Ian on chat helped me with an issue I had with tabletop He resolved the issue swiftly I enjoy the flexispot standing desk a lot and it was good to know the customer service is always available and are able to resolve the issue easily as well
