Bought a desktop a couple of years ago very happy with it Unfortunatelly lost a part of it during a move the customer support as very helpful in identifying the missing part and replacing it free of charge with minimal hazzle

Electrically height-adjustable frame EG1 EF1 EZ1Using this model table from last 3 years and disassembled and assembled 2 times already It is working perfectly fine Reason for posting review after 3 yearsRecently during my move to New house I lost all the screws and I had to reach out to flexispot to buy the screws and manual Team was really quick to respond and sent all the screws for no additional cost So overall worth few minutes to give them a 5 star review

Terrible company STAY AWAY

This has been one of the worst purchases in my life so far The delivery company just drops the packages on your building s front-door and you have to carry everything yourself In my case I had to carry a total of three packages up 4 floors two of those packages were 26kg Carrying all of these heavy packages by myself I ended up injuring my wrist in the process and can barely use it anymore Contacting customer support is useless and they don t do anything I d never buy anything from Flexispot again and I am definitely telling everyone I know to stay away from you Companies that don t take care of their customers don t deserve to survive

Wrong shipment barely existing support

Worst experience with an online shop so far Wrong standing desk frame was shipped by the company black instead of white After trying to get in contact and trying to solve the problem with support for weeks and getting almost nowhere they expected me to pay for the return shipment which due to the heaviness and international shippment comes close to an entirely new desk I advise you to stay away from this company
