I m very satisfied with my adjustable desk Q8 Been working with it for almost 3 years now Although I had some trouble with the mechanic of the desk the support was done in a professional and fast way This is the way it should work

Phenomenal customer support they went above and beyond to help me this company sadly does not ship to any Balkan country I live in the Balkans so I remembered that I have a friend who lives in Germany and I hastily decided to deliver the package to his address so that he would send it to me later I made this decision without thinking much since the desk was on sale and I didn t want to miss the opportunity to use the discount the problem is on both parties I made a hasty decision and the Tech Support Agent whom I talked to on the phone forgot to mention that they ship to Austria as well I have family in Austria who visits me once a year and if I had only just shipped to Austria there wouldn t have been any problem but due to the discount and the fear of me not buying it while it s on discount and the fact that the Tech Support Agent forgot to mention that they also shipped to Austria I quickly decided to ship to my friend in Germany since he s the first person that popped into my head and the Support Agent mentioned Germany amongst other countries like Australia UK Netherlands etc but not Austria anyways it turns out that my friend in Germany doesn t have a drivers license I already knew that but neither does he know anybody there who does that would visit Austria or Serbia and so the package was stuck at his apartment now I contacted support again they said I could return the package at the nearest DHL and they would give me a refund and that I could re-order the package to Austria at an even lower price with a discount code Amazing news Then my friend went to the nearest DHL via public transport since as I said he does not have a drivers license and they told him they don t accept packages of that weight 39kg then my friend explained to me that that it s not a real DHL it s like a mini DHL within a shopping center whereas the nearest real DHL was 80km away and that would cost 1000 euros by taxi to go there with the package since he can t carry it into the bus I explained all of this to flexi-spot support so they went out of their way which mind you they didn t need to and said they would have a courier that works for DHL come to my friends living location and personally pick up the package so that I can return it and receive a refund and then re-order it to my family in Austria now the DHL Courier didn t arrive the first time around I contacted flexi-spot support again and asked them what happened They apologized then they said that they sadly do not have any way to communicate with DHL they can only make the request for a DHL courier to pick up the package so they did it again and again no courier arrived I was very pissed at that moment and then flexi-spot decided to just give me a refund I still have to spend like 600euros for shipping to Serbia with a different private shipping company that would ship it in a Van because the shitty DHL in the small village in Germany where my friend lives doesn t deliver via Truck Van due to the package weight they only deliver via plane which would cost 1000 euros which is absurd considering the desk itself was only 350euros so now my friend is trying to figure out a way to deliver the package to me with the least amount of money required anyways flexi-spot gave me a refund and left me the desk so thank you again

I just bought a monitor arm a small and relatively cheap in product compared to the rest of Flexispot s catalogue First I had an issue with delivery Not Flexispot s fault - the issue was with DHL The product was shipped back to them and they immediately responded my help request shipping it again free of charge That product had one faulty screw It probably would have been fine but my monitor is somewhat heavy and I wanted to be safe I emailed them again with some photos and they replied very quickly and shipped the replacement parts I can only recommend them Following up with two issues for this tiny product gives me confidence that they would be very attentive no matter what you buy from them
