My husband and I were beyond happy with the services provided by Floodman They braced our foundation with a Waler wall support system Installed a drainage system with a sump pump and a commercial dehumidifier Removed our concrete porch top and sealed it Along with leveling our basement floor with concrete Not two days later we had a serious downpour no water in at all They have great communication and got the job done I would highly recommend Floodman

They answered all my questions and I had MANY over the course of several weeks as I researched this company and explored their competitor s offerings They explained things to me in layman s terms No talking down to me No heavy sales pitch They explained their product and service without disparaging their competitors which in my opinion shows respect and utmost professionalism When I had problems locating a generator and a contractor to install it supply chain issues etc they stepped up and found a reputable contractor for me My property is not local to this company s hometown yet they scheduled me in quickly I did not have to wait for more jobs in my area so they could capitalize on their travel They came when they said they would The workers were friendly professional and appeared to be hard-working at all times They finished the job when they said they would and I was very pleased with the final product The spring thaw in my area was not a problem my crawl was dry I would highly recommend this company
