Once I ordered delivery was next day and all details were given very quickly One issue was when I was looking through the different contract options some contracts I selected let me go all the way till I entered my payment details and showed me an error Had to try different contracts til I found one that went through the payment

My battery health is on 100 capacity But it goes down very quickly My camera is quite blurry too

The service from fonehouse was very good and efficient However after receipt of the phone and setting up I tried to get genuine samsung care insurance During this stage it was found out that the IMEI was not from a UK variant of phone and was imported EU handset Where most functions would likely work in the UK it was advised by samsung directly that some functionality may not work and additionally should any warranty be required out of region Sadly I have sent the phone back for refund Unfortunately there is hardly any information on the website about the supply of EU phones I can t fault the customer service and quick sending of the phone by fonehouse However it should be more obviously from the website that the phone may NOT be a UK variant and hence some due diligence is required Are there any functions that may not work Is the genuine samsung warranty maintained Will the phone receive its OS and security updates when out of region Thankyou fonehouse for your quick service Sorry that it has come down to me sending your device back for refund

I Made an order for a Z Fold 5 Was told it was out of stock but they would have more in in a few days so I could make my order and have my new phone by the weekend 3 days later i called them to check on my order because no one had bothered to contact me to be told they were never getting the phone I ordered back in stock No one bothered to tell me this so I m guessing my order would have just sat there forever until I called them Due to them letting me order a phone they don t have I m now stuck with a case screen protector and s-pen costing my 70 They just don t care UPDATE They gave me the same phone in a different colour not ideal but will have to do and 50 cashback as an apology Not happy with the situation but at least they took me seriously and didn t fob me off ill give them that

Phone turned up next day with SIM card But very disappointed with packaging Phone box was placed in a cardboard box with no extra padding so it was just rattling around in there Phone box was covered in sticky stuff and dirt If you are buying for a gift DO NOT buy from here This is a luxury item One many are lucky to afford I was disappointed to see the state this turned up in Thankfully the actual phone turned up in one piece and looks lovely

Set up issues with iPhone 15 and installation of ios18 software - the device was getting stuck on multiple occasions - I called in to the Rugeley store for assistance - they wanted to charge me - disgraceful I went to Curry s who helped me for free and the phone was nothing to do with them If Curry s hasn t helped and got it working I would have cancelled the contract

I ordered a new phone for my dad who s in his 80s He got the phone ok but they sent him a usb-c lead which he doesn t have a charger to connect it to So far they ve refused to send him out a usb-a lead or an adaptor to enable him to charge the phone We re not very happy as he s had to loan a charging lead until something s sorted

There was an issue with pricing after being quoted 90 and offered 30 it took about a week for them to actually send me the phone back However other than that my new phone is great and was packaged well I would recommend this company I just had a little hiccup with the trade in process I gave my phone In elsewhere and got 85 the next day

Phone sale Even though told them the exact condition they offer way less than quoted then ask you to pay if you don t accept the offer
