Got a very competitive deal online unfortunately my handset was not in stock and the automated system didn t deliver the updates as desired However on calling customer service after only a short wait I spoke with Joanne Joanne then updated me and addressed all my concerns politely and proficiently So far so good

Huge savings compared to EE

Online purchase recommended on Martin s Money Saving Expert website Huge savings on 24months at EE prices so after 17yrs with EE I ve left Service so far has been great timed secure delivery Only downside is no charging plug but that won t cost me too much

Sim not arrived by customer service good

Joanne McCune dealt with my call competently and gave me the information needed My Sim still hasn t arrived after and this is the third working day they come through by Royal Mail not recorded delivery and it wasn t clear why this hadn t arrived when it was meant to be here in 24 hours

Phone accessories came quick though there was 2 items missing from order I wasn t charged for them I completed a PAC code to keep my number this was not carried forward so had to contact 3 to complete my order Apart from that all good

TL DR Pretty good service that I would recommend I found Fonehouse through a price comparison website They offered the device I wanted which no other provider did and at a very affordable price so I decided to give them a try I completed my order on a Wednesday at around 13 00 Delivery updates and tracking details were promptly provided and I received my new device by 13 00 the next day My number was also being switched to a new provider and after providing the PAC this was completed within 48 hours The only downside was that along with my device I received two separate SIM cards with no indication of why there were two or which one I should use I had to call my new provider to enquire and they clarified which one was active and usable and that the second SIM should be destroyed

I bought my phone second time with Fonehouse Previously I was quiet happy with them just struggled to remember about cashback claim every 3 months and received less than my calculations Anyway I took another device was easy to buy and got quick delivery I noticed I haven t received any invoice for that new device and I can t claim Samsung s cashback recent offer for buying this model Generally I m happy that I have the mobile I wanted for the good price

Very fast and efficient service My new phone actually arrived the next day instead of the specified 2-3 days time My only suggestion is that we are offered the chance to by a usb A to C cable which wasn t provided so I had no way of charging my phone for 3 days

Good price and decent transaction Slightly marred by the delivery Purchased form this company because they guaranteed next day delivery Three days later I discovered DPD had left it at another address despite the fact it had to be signed for and wasn t Luckily due to our local neighbourhood watch I discovered it left on a doorstep at another address Fobehouse need to have a word with their couriers
