It was very easy to order exactly the new phone I wanted from FoneHouse and they had the lowest prices Beware of the mobile phone insurance though - I added it because it was free for a month and I thought I d be able to cancel it but I couldn t so am now shafted with 8 99 a month for a year

Ordered mid December only then was told that delivery could be 8-9 days ie by 24th Dec just in time for Christmas Called four days before to check told that handset out of stock Gah Told to wait Called again on 23rd and yes deffo out of stock Had to beg customer service guy to change order and despatch a new handset Finally it arrived on Christmas Eve But honestly - just tell people at the point of ordering if stocks are low out of stock and we can change the order then Would have saved so much stress and faff

Delivery was a pain as DPD hardly gave any notice and then requested a signature for delivery Three was really hard to get hold of constant referrals to a call centre in Mumbai Took well over a week and persistent phone calls to get the phone set up and our old phone numbers restored Overall fairly disappointed with the service Let s hope things improve

Phone deal not bad courier service TERRIBLE lost a full day on double time waiting for a parcel that should have been delivered by 10 33 got it next day only cos neighbour signed for it I d told them to organise for them to get delivery back to sender which clearly they didn t Emails have been ignored so now I m I ve got it

Ordering phone was really simple and easy can t complain about fonehouse Reason for 3 stars unfortunately and its not fonehouse fault but had to reschedule my delivery multiple times as dpd delivery don t have time slots to select and I m not in when they try to deliver So still not received my phone yet

Good deal on iPhone 11- stated next day delivery with DPD one week on still no phone - DPD website states unexpected problem in my area - kept being given new day for delivery and this has changed several times - over busy Christmas period had to change plans on several occasions to ensure someone at home to receive phone - and still not received - only reason I m still giving 3 stars is that I have finally been given time of delivery- tomorrow so fingers crossed

This is the 3 network Purchase went very smoothly Said next day delivery but took 2 days Still waiting for phone number to transfer over it s been 3 days and still waiting Brought it for my 19 year old son as you can imagine hasn t gone down well the wait for his number to transfer It is the holidays new year etc so expect slight delay but seems a bit much

Bought a phone for my daughters birthday arrived next day Sat as stated 3 full days before her birthday wed Phone brand new wouldn t switch on couldn t get to start up despite a few reboots Called to arrange exchange as clearly faulty and now have to wait until Thursday day after daughters birthday for exchange as has to go through a screening service despite photo evidence of faulty phone and proof phone sent back Really not a great service when offer next day delivery photo of screen totally proves issues without a screening assessment and proof of postage proves phone sent back a replacement could easily be sent out before Wednesday so my daughter has a present EDIT - After this review and full review of the photos I sent of the phone and receipt of postage being reviewed by fonehouse I am satisfied that the replacement handset has been offered to be sent out sooner so star rating increased to 3 stars Thankyou for being helpful on this matter

This phone should have been delivered next day but knowing deliveries with DPD were a day late I asked for Wednesday which was confirmed it didn t arrive till Friday afternoon and because of that my PAC number won t go through till 29th December meaning I will be days without my family being able to get in touch with me Just think Fonehouse should be a bit pickier about the companies they use to deliver

Had a call saying my sim deal was coming to an end I then had an email for what looked like a good deal for a contract with a new phone Sadly the impression I got was that it was straight forward to continue from the sim to the new contract with existing number Now it s turned into a whole thing where it s now costing me a month s payment before I can switch over my number and then it s another whole thing again involving other network sims etc Not neccessarily Fonehouse s fault but you d think these things would be straight forward when you re already on the same network and were not on a contract with a phone on it previously
