Easy to use but pay less and are not transparent fair

Easy to use site and very efficient but quite unfair on condition reporting Initial offer of 60 dropped to 20 Cleverly worded unhelpful screens when you want to challenge the terrible drop in offer Which takes you into loops of waiting to be escalated Final offer came at 35 which while still unfair was better - with a nasty reminder from them that you have to pay 10 to get your device back if you don t take the offer Would not use again other companies are more transparent and return your device for free if you don t accept

Fonehouse offered 148 each for 2 iPhone 11s Sent to Fonehouse - in original Apple boxes with plugs leads Surprise surprise - new offer once they received the phones was 58 Phones in full working order in excellent condition Rejected their revised offer Requested phones to be returned at a cost of 10 each Yep phones returned ok but NOT in Apple boxes no plug lead returned Do yourself a favour avoid this company at all cost A con

Online was offered 57 50 for phone sent phone and then received an offer of 23 due to Screen Burn fault Paid 10 to get phone back and could not see any Screen Burn so sold on Facebook for 50 cash 2 star for prompt return of phone and communications but otherwise miss leading offers on website save yourself time and money and sell on facebook

ok supplying a new phone but not good on trade ins sent two phones In both in great condition I had factory reset both The first one they said was locked in chinese which took me 30 seconds to put back to english the second one they offered less due to so called marks on the phone this phone was in good condition so maybe just trying to get it cheaper would use again for a new phone deal but not for a trade in

Let customers know what is in stock before allowing them to make an order I waited days on end to receive a text saying that unfortunately they cannot dispatch my phone until it is in stock which could take up to 3-4 days which also wasn t even a guarentee In the end due to the fact that I needed a phone I ended up getting a complete different one as they advised me that one was in stock and they were unsure when the one I wanted would be available again

Placed order on 18 10 24 iPhone 16 pro max website saying instock charged 95 though everything ok next day received email sorry out of stock still waiting for refund

Phone went off site and out of stock After I ordered

They recently let me pay the upfront cost for a phone and go through the checks etc to then not even tell me it somehow went out of stock while processing Called them and was told they didn t know when they d have more so I said I d wait a few days Checked on the website the next day and it said that they would be shipping within 3-4 days if you ordered one Checked again today and the phone is no longer even on the website Agents and sales staff all said it shouldn t have happened and the only alternative was trying to upsell me on a more expensive newer phone Cancelled and now awaiting my money to come back so I can go get a phone elsewhere Edit Thank you for the response but regardless of whether they are with you or pending the money is not available to me to use as yet It is not the principle of the only device being offered is of a higher spec but of the fact that your stock management system and customer service is so poor you are reserving funds and doing checks with networks for devices that you do not have in stock to sell All in all a woeful experience and I certainly won t be using the site again

Refurbished 14 pro was not like new

Got a 14 pro that was refurbished like new and is far from it the battery drains abnormally quickly for 100 health it doesn t charge well and needs to be in a specific spot to charge it does this with my charger and the one that came in the box The screen sometimes turns off when I turn the volume up The screen automatically turns off when listening to voice notes voice notes lag on all apps Lots of circular scratches on the screen The front camera cutout covers the first audio bar when i have music on However delivery was speedy and I got a nice chunk of data with Vodafone This phone is not like new

Ok not great

Delivery of phone was very quick and they did what they said they would However I ve been relentlessly spammed about other products with somewhere in the region of 10 emails in two days despite never explicitly agreeing to marketing Also the order process could be much clearer no I don t want to set up an account and also it never explained how the upfront payment would be provided - only asking for card details to do a security check It then used this card to collect the payment - following response below I counted 11 emails received I also suggest an opt in as opposed to opt out of marketing to avoid these issues
