Super fast and great service
Eastbourne seems to be stuck in the old days with slow Internet speeds where I have moved recently but then before my house move I stumbled on Lightning Fibre who offered a superfast fibre I signed up moved house and then at 8 00am next morning after my move they were here installing The 2 engineers were amazing and had me up and running in no time at all nothing was too much trouble Speeds are superb both up and downloads highly recommended

Everything has been good from quick and efficient internet to fast installation with no inconvenience or trouble I was waiting 2 5 months with another company but I cancelled and waited a couple of weeks for lightening fibre Also it is a local company

Amazing installation
Amazing installation clearly well organised and efficient Team done a great job installing the cable to the external property ahead of the installation day This was done to an exception standard I had one of the hardest properties meaning the router needed to be at the rear of the property and the engineer got it to the back room through the house with zero disruption I don t even notice it Top quality work across the board Not quite getting the top 1000mbps speeds but still loads better than 27mbps max with other providers

Ordered online installed on the day of choice speedy helpful installers The speed is unreal even on WiFi 800 to 900mbps Very stable good reach WiFi WiFi 6 tech for better connections Also had a follow up call to check everything was good so overall an excellent service Thoroughly recommend

Very happy with the customer support I received today My Internet went off last evening I had fiddled around with the router switched on off with no result I rang the helpline they were BRILLIANT Two guys Ricky Dom arrived mid- afternoon who instantly found the source of the problem the outside wire was severed in a few places it was close to the hedge so it could of been when it was trimmed but foxes also cut through there may of had a sneaky chew The lightning fibre guys renewed the length of wire moved the new wiring further away from the hedge They checked tested it all before departing They wore shoe covers when inside the house were very respectful cheerful polite I am very happy with the swift resolution thank you

Great product every bit as impressive as I d expected Very pleased with Lightning Fibre s determination to overcome problems with a blocked conduit to our property to get us online with them Well worth the wait and finally able to dispense with extortionate fttc service from previous provider for a fttp service which is over ten times faster and better in every way A huge thank you to the whole Lightning fibre team
