Great Customer Care right off the bat Just submitted my application and just after half an hour got a call from Dave Thompson who helped me iron out all the details and book me in on the next available date for installation He was very professional and helpful Can t wait to finally ditch my awful broadband for blazing fast Jurassic Fibre

Called after leaflet put through door and spoke to Rob 15mins later everything sorted including the part I was dreading which was cancelling BT Such a simple easy process just because Rob was clear direct and easy to talk to very refreshing to speak with someone who actually sounds like he enjoys what he is doing

I received a phone call from a jurassic fibre representative Nicola Marques to find out if I would be be interested in taking up fibre optic broadband What i found very useful was that instead of discussing everything on the phone she offered a house call to explain everything This was very useful and there was no pressure sales The offer suited our needs and I signed that evening

I only had to wait a few minutes to talk to the sales team very helpful and clear with how it all was going to happen Great that I did not have to run the gauntlet with my existing supplier Within two hours a contract and set up date confirmed Living in the South West 25 miles from Lyme Regis the Jurrassic Fibre name and logo is a great selling point for this area Thanks for your help Marcus Bailey

I had a fantastic experience over the phone regarding my account Verifying and changing details to my account was made extremely easy and it was a pleasure to be on the phone to a gentleman called Bruno Customer services over the phone at Jurassic fibre seems to be done in a very well and professional manor All interactions with the company this far have been a positive experience Thank you team
