What ever you do do not buy from this company Bought a unit from them received but the unit is not as described very poor quality and not oak as was supposed to of been Not getting anywhere with customer services so will be taking them to court for false advertising They will not show any bad reviews which is something I should of been suspicious of Yes a very disgruntled customer and would definitely not recommend them to anyone

Poor customer service always someone elses fault

I ordered garden furniture in March with an expected delivery date of end of May With no communication from Fusion I chased in June to be told my order would be arriving in July July delivery date arrived nothing from Fusion again so chased again I was told by customer services that it would now be August although after pressing the Manager he said not to bet my life on that date This company is very quick to blame Covid and supply chain and take no responsibility for their failures Even now the website is showing Low Stock delivery in 5-10 days

Very poor - do not use

Furniture ordered in April was advised it would be in stock in May then early June still no update phone doesn t get answered an online chat is a waste of time Very poor company to deal with no idea on the quality of the furniture as it hasn t arrived and not sure it ever will

To all recent and new customers be very careful of this company I bought a sideboard from them in November 2020 supposed to of had a solid oak top this is not the case it is oak veneered ply Have contacted customer service and am being given the run around They are miss leading customers and I am going to be taking matters further so nobody else buys rubbish furniture at high prices

Cannot get to speak to anyone

I was looking to buy a pergola costing over 2k but wanted to see it before I buy As Abingdon is just over 40 miles from me I have tried calling several times but you just go through to answering service who are pretending to be on reception so can t answer the question They can t answer any questions and on Bank Holiday Monday couldn t even tell us if the store was open or not as we would have driven down if we knew it was open

You been warned

We purchase a sofa and chair and we were told it s made in America and the company would do everything they could to make us happy That has not been the case The store is telling us they don t expect any response before 15 weeks Our purchase was the biggest mistake we ve made Please do not make the same mistakes as us

I believe this store operates scams

I believe this store operates scams I made an order and never got an order confirmation Weeks later and several emails later I got a refund The refund was then a few days later cancelled I believe the goal is that I first forgot the order and then didn t notice that the refund was cancelled I consider this fraudulent or at the very least extremely poor business management

Beware It seems that the person who runs this company also trades as Oak Furniture House and Oxford Furniture Company None of these companies appears currently to be delivering any goods to people who have paid upfront They don t answer the phone and send only automated email responses Company House carries information which may be useful to check

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

If only id checked on Trustpilot before ordering a table that never came Worst company ive ever ordered from Never received the goods never answer the phone to you everything done by emails which y9ou don t get repsonse from apart from one from a Matthew Taylor and another from April England 2 months of chasing and I m still out of pocket The last correspondence Sid it would be best for me to contact my bank to get my money back
