My garden ratten coner sofa set got delivered yesterday morning and it s absolutely beautiful in the time frame too It would of been nice to have received regular updates regarding the process but I found ringing oak furniture sister company was easy to get through and talk to someone who was always helpful and reassuring me Thank you

Absolutely gorgeous rattan furniture TheKingston Excellent quality easy to set up one man band and a 3 year old was the final feature piece to our garden - can t praise enough how good it looks and how comfy and well structured the furniture isCustomer service was excellent Anuuj and prompt with queries 4 star simply due to minor delay in delivery - albeit was not a real delay as we were pre-warned of potential contingent extra time due to Corona-Virus which fair enough just had to be patient Thank you and team - will most certainly recommend and buy again

Garden furniture

Ordered garden furniture on 1st June It was listed as in stock so I even got a 15 discount Was a little worried as I didn t hear anything from them I ve been let down before buying garden furniture elsewhere so thought this was going to happen again I d decided to give them til the end of this week 2 weeks since order to hear from them but when I got home it had been delivered No call or message Fortunately someone was home so it wasn t a problem Got to say the furniture is fabulous quality and not a flat pack in sight Just ready to enjoy They did what they promised and delivered promptly Very happy - just in time for the heatwave too Better communication and it would be five star
