Great service I ordered a pair of Bentley Designs Hampstead nightstands which arrived exactly when I was advised with no hassle Alex who I spoke to when I ordered was extremely helpful and polite - would recommend to anyone

Hassle Free and Amazing Delivery Team

Ordered a dining table on the 2nd of January and it s already been delivered I paid for assembly and the delivery guys were amazing They put up the dining table and took away all the packaging I was given a 3 hour time slot and it was all hassle free Will definitely be using this company again

When things go wrong

I made a purchase of a chest of drawers from this family run business It was delivered unknowingly with a defect drawer due to a fault in the material being oak I sent an email and 2 photo s to the store and thus began which I can only describe as a fiasco with the manufacture who wanted the whole unit sent back with the original package which by now had been disposed of There was no problem with the remaining drawers or the cabinet However the manufacturer insisted and this became an issue that went on for well over a month Eventually I was given a direct refund by Fusion Furniture so that the fault could be repaired and which has since been accomplished I would like to complement Fusion Furniture for the part they played in this instance and particularly Claudette

I am very pleased with my online purchase - the furniture quality is fantastic and very competitive The delivery was on time which is very impressive during Covid shut down and was a 2 man delivery I highly recommend this company and will certainly be using this company again Thanks

Fabulous garden furniture

Purchased a 6 seater garden set called Royalcraft Garden Cannes in mocha brown from Fusion Furniture Fusion called to ask was delivery date convenient garden furniture arrived promptly and was easy to assemble Really good quality furniture and exactly like image on website Looks lovely in garden and we have already put it to good use What I was really impressed with was the customer service Fusion emailed to ask how delivery had been and were we pleased with the product not often receive customer care like this I have recommended the website to friends and family and would definitely revisit when looking for furniture

Ordered this product online and within a few days was given some delivery dates which I was unable to make I telephoned customer service who sorted out another one to suit me I was kept informed as to delivery time slot and advised on the day The delivery was quick and efficient I am delighted with the product which is even better than expected and looks great in my conservatory I would recommend furniture from Fashion

Maze Rattan Peach Daybed

We purchsed a Maze Rattan Peach Daybed for our garden after seeing it on the website We were absolutely delighted when it arrived and the service we received was excellent We were contacted with adequate notice for the delivery the driver provided us with some hints and tips for building the bed which proved invaluable The quality of the product was even better than we envisaged and it is a beautiful feature in our garden

I found the customer service excellent the person who took my order went out of his way to get my coffee tables for Christmas Items came very well packaged The tables are better than I expected much heavier and more solidly built Grey top showing the oak grain and pale grey legs looks amazing Very pleased indeed

We had Adien call out and price up wardrobes for us we found him professional and very knowledgeable He came up with storage solutions we wouldn t have thought of ourselves Once we placed our order Adien was at the end of the phone to answer any questions I was a little apprehensive as there was no showroom But I really couldn t have received better service Everything ran smoothly and delivery happened bang on time fitted by two very nice fellas 100 perfect service The quality and finish on the wardrobe is outstanding Happy to recommend
