Very happy whilst a customer of bits credit score raised from 80 and is now sitting at 700 Massive help from bits to get the ball rolling and helping receive credit builders like credit card etc

Earned My Trust

Bits had given a good example on how a side-tracked event can earned my trust - being open and admit what s wrong After enrolled for less than a month had received an email telling me that I had missed a payment I immediately checked my account and found nothing unusual then I sent them an email After 2 working days I had received their detail feedback on what actually happened I had to say the way you open up the incident to a subscriber is very open and let me know it s not an identity theft situation nor information leaks The responsiveness is fast according to my other experience with banks or telecommunications company I dealt with In short their openness and responsiveness had won my trust again in Bits

Brilliant service and very easy to use app With store growing everyday with new options to choose from to get gift cards for any occasion it s easy to navigate and overall great app to have when you re building your credit score Certainly helped me over last few years definitely recommend

If you want to get your credit score

If you want to get your credit score back to a healthy place Bits are the organisation to make that happen You don t just pay your subscription and that s it either they are there to lend you there support and guidance too Top company you can t go wrong they are doing Bits for people literally

Problem Solved

Initially i had an issue with Bits where each month their systems were consistently trying to take payments from an old payment method even though i had made payment from my new card and updated the details for 4 months in a row I was at this point really irritated and took to trustpilot to show my concerns However i was called from an excellent customer service agent Luis who handled the issues i had with excellence and resolved the matter with ease and gave me back the confidence i had with bits initially I am one for excellent customer service and i love to give credit where credit is due so hats off to Luis who was exceptional from start to finish and its nice to be back with bits going forward

Great option to build a credit score without having to make a big ticket purchase

Moving to the UK in 2020 I was essentially a ghost in terms of my credit score Despite being a British citizen I couldn t even get a phone contract because I had no credit history After 3 years of building my credit with Bits I was able to apply and be approved for finance for an iPhone purchase which I did in an effort to further build my credit score over the next few years so I can eventually apply for a mortgage in this country Bits is easy to use and does exactly what is says it does builds you a credit score which is great especially if you haven t ever had a credit card in the United Kingdom before
