Expensive yet poor quality creaky and not fit for purpose

I ordered the Ottoman bed The slightest movement on the bed causes it to creak loudly waking us up most nights This has been the case for the 11 months that I have had it I have communicated this to the customer support team and despite their 11 year warranty they have been unable to provide any solutions to stop the creaking I am extremely disappointed with this bed It is expensive but poor quality I would not recommend it to anyone

The saga with this awful company

The saga with this awful company continues The replacement parts for the bed arrived precisely one month and two days after the initial order was placed However rather than the ladder being assembled as it was originally it was sent to me in pieces After twice securing a carpenter to put the bed together and being let down I looked at putting the bed together myself but it is impossible I now just want the bed returned and a full refund I am firstly advised that the earliest collection date is over two weeks away and secondly that I would only receive a refund for around half of the order value This company is just unbelievable - the stress and saga continues I have now requested the details of the Managing Director enough is enough

AWFUL customer service

Atrocious customer service Ordered a high sleeper bed and the wrong pieces were delivered Called the help phone number to be told that we needed to send in photos sent in the photos and they have now told us that we need more photos and that their transferring us up to their manufacturing line 2 Days later we have heard nothing and still don t have any information as to when we are getting the correct bed My 16 year old daughter is currently having to share a bed and the company have still not sorted the issue Absolutely appalled as we paid so much money to this company for it to not to provide the correct bed or a delivery date for replacement

Awful

Awful Failed delivery we waited all day In this day and age you fully expect an alter or notifications even calls with an estimated time of arrival there was nothing No communication from their chosen delivery partner has really let the them down No delivery on the selected date we paid for I would definitely shop elsewhere

just nowNEW-Write a reviewAwful Unreliable and unrepentant Ordered paid 2 beds for delivery three weeks in advance - the day before delivery I get a call telling me there has been a system issue despite the transport company confirmed delivery yesterday Beds will now be delayed 2 weeks they haven t made them yet Asked for a refund and they state 2 weeks Cannot be trusted

Avoid - lousy customer service and damaged goods

Avoid - Lousy customer service and damaged goods Even the replacement part they resent was damaged in the same place despite having to wait another two weeks for it to arrive Ordered 5 beds and all the packages were mixed together - spent an hour almost trying to work out which packages were for each bed Really sad as they ve been good in the past

Should have gone to Ikea

Well where do I start Booked for a delivery on a specific date the day before got a message from the courier not get laid beds that it would be the delivery would be the day after As I couldn t be home in the day I then paid the courier additional money to have the delivery in the evening to then get a call at 2 pm saying they would be there in an hour Secondly the bed is nowhere near the quality i expected based on the reviews Thirdly the build instructions are the bare minimum needed took me a while to understand what was going on more than half the screw holes were not pre drilled Wont be using GetLaidBeds again and i doubt this bed will last long

Premium price but budget quality

Premium price but budget quality I ordered a pet bed and mattress but the slats were all different sizes resulting in me having to sand down the slats to enable them to fit As soon as the dogs get on the bed it creaks like an old floorboard and gaps at the side that look unsightly Delivery extremely poor also Please avoid and visit more reputable retailers to save yourself the disappointment

Get the fine print about delivery requirements for white glove service BEFORE

Get the fine print before your buy on deliver terms No estimated time frame despite delivery route planned in advance White glove service means you have to provide parking for a 3 5 ton vehicle 33ft long not just to deliver the bed but also wait to assemble Completely unreasonable ask for a paid delivery service so GLB can be economical Expensive delivery service hassle for customer which is only made clear a week after purchase it made

My bed was split in three and sent to three different depots One section was delivered on time The other two were not meaning I had no bed to sleep on for 3 nights I had to liaise with both the delivery company and Get Laid Beds who both blamed each other for why I couldn t get the second and third sections delivered faster I was given a measly 25 refund on an over 2k order for the disruption 2 days off work to take delivery delivery 3 days late and a heavily disrupted weekend with no where for family to sleep Won t be recommending this company
