This company is selling tickets for Indochine that were for sale at 55 euros and is now being sold at 800 euros Very chocking practice I had a bad experience also with Coldplay two years ago where I purchased tickets for 214 euros and the selling price was actually 38 euros Do NOT buy with such company I am also not seeing how such companies can operate with 2103 legislation applicable in Belgium I will recommend to use Ticketmaster or TicketSwap which have much more balanced practices are in line with relevant legislations and do not use or exploit consumers Thanks for your standards TicketSwap and Ticketmaster

In april I bought two VIP-tickets for the Taylor Swift koncert in Gelsenkirchen July 19 The tickets worked and the concert was great despite us been nervous after recieving some rather confusing instructions on how to retrieve the tickets However at the concert venue we were not allowed to pick up the VIP merchandise boxes because the tickets had been transferred to us too late and only people with tickets transferred before May 22th were eligible for the VIP boxes Since then Gigsberg has repeatedly assured me that I would get the VIP boxes Today I received ONE box 12 weeks after the concert and after they had promised I would get them in August or September By now I have given up even trying to get the second box While Gigsberg is quick to answer the answers have often been misdirecting and unhelpful and I find the complete experience frustrating Update October 11th Today I recieved another mail After checking the seller confirmed that each order will only have 1 package regardless of the amount of tickets Now I am being directly lied to I don t know if I should laugh cry or get angry - instead I have removed a star from the rating Update October 29th Reply from Gigsberg below I have written them again

My daughter bought 3 tickets to see Party Next Door at Hammersmith Apollo last night 3 10 24 She received 1 ticket but thought maybe it was a 3 in 1 so went up there with her sister and a friend The event staff scanned her 1 ticket and told her she d have to queue to see about the other 2 The staff in the new queue scanned her ticket again and told her as it had already been scanned it wasn t valid She explained showed email confirmation of 3 tickets and was told that wasn t enough and got chucked out of the venue She was distraught We will be opening a dispute with her bank emailing Gigsberg and the venue to complain I see from negative reviews on her that they don t respond to bad reviews only good and that we have little hope of getting our money back despite tickets being guaranteed and secure

I paid Eur908 for two Coldplay tickets for Croke Park on 1st September Gigsberg were not able to deliver the tickets I was told to contact their compliance department by their customer support which I did multiple times Not once did I get a response This is not an acceptable way to treat customers and is against their promise on their website All tickets are guaranteed and secure Tickets are not secure and they are not guaranteed Even worse they take your money and refuse to refund you when you do not get your tickets

Gigsberg is a joke of a company Poor communication poor customer service poor website Con you out of your money then don t provide you the correct tickets We bought standing tickets for McFly then told the layout was changing of O2 so would be reassigned which is so untrue because why would they get rid of a whole standing area and not have seating there as replacement and given really bad seats in a different area- not what we paid for They have a not returns no refund policy which is bullsh t because they messed up our tickets in the first place and now won t won up to their mistake Run by pathetic little men who are disorganised and dishonest Save yourself the money and stress and forget about Gigsberg

I am still waiting for my refund for the Taylor Swift concert in Austria that was cancelled in August I was told by customer service that i would receive my refund within 30days after giving them my bank wiring instructions I sent the bank wiring instructions on August 9th and received a confimation of receipt on August 10th but no refund yet

Very disappointed with Gigsberg Purchased eticket way back in April yet received it ONE day before event Il Divo at BIC 19 Oct Stress levels hit the roof Would not recommend and will not ever use Gigsberg ever again

The company gave us tickets not in our name and assured us we would have no issues When we got to the concert we were denied entry and had to pay an extra fee to gain admittance and missed part of the concert The company refused to reimburse us even for the fee charged

Sold us fraudulent tickets for Coldplay in Croke Park Paid alot of money for these tickets as big fans Arrived at venue and we were refused entry due to the fact we were sold stolen tickets from Gigsberg We have contacted them numerous times for a refund and nothing and now they have blocked me on social media platforms and are refusing to answer my emails Please avoid at all costs absolute scam artists

It is the worst customer experience I got a concert ticket from this platform as it shows up the first in google search Then found the ticket on official website is half the price as the one I got on this platform It won t allow cancellation even right after the purchase I got only a confirmation email from them and no ticket yet There is absolutely no cancellation order option and the customer service is not helpful at all
