The review can be subject to change but as it stands I have ordered two Liam Gallagher tickets for next Thursday in Glasgow and I m having to travel from England to Scotland to see him I am yet to receive the tickets which is making me extremely anxious and worried that I ll miss the concert which is heart breaking because I ordered the tickets well over a year ago and cost nearly 400 customer service has been okay with back and forth messages categorically promising and guaranteeing that the tickets will arrive to either my address or the accommodation I m staying at but also say if they don t arrive in time I will get a refund which I will still be loosing out on be because of the hotel and travel prices I hope in a few days time I will be changing this review to a better one if the tickets arrive Update I have now receive tracking for the tickets

I bought tickets in October for my parent s Christmas present Today is the day of the concert March 2nd and still no tickets have arrived The people in the live chat messaged them numerous times this week keep saying to be patient they will arrive ahead of the concert now only 8 hours away but cannot give any indication when that will be The venue is over 100 miles away so now my parents are panicking as to whether they should start travelling or not and whether they will lose money on travel and accommodation for a concert they can t get into It s ridiculous that on the day of the concert we are still trying to get this resolved Even if we receive the tickets in time to get the stress has already ruined the event for them Edit Gigsberg got in touch ahead of the concert to say that the tickets we ordered were no longer available Luckily they had some replacement ones so we got those instead I ve upgraded the rating slightly as they did sort the tickets and it was easy to contact customer service However this doesn t change the fact that it was extremely stressful and the tickets I originally ordered were not provided I had to message them numerous times including twice on the day The change was so last minute that my parents had to delay traveling as they wanted to print the tickets off and so didn t have time to go to a restaurant ahead of the concert as planned In the future I would be concerned about what happens if they have no other tickets available

Dear I booked 7 tickets in december for event for my company on 24 june in Lyon I still don t have the tickets I need to book flights hotel etc I now read that a lot off people don t get in Can i be shure that i will receive the tickets a few days before Kind regardsAn

Despite initially having sent in a positive review I have after thoroughly reading my confirmation and bringing out the calculator realized that the raw Price Per Ticket was 18 EUR higher 198 78 EUR that the listing I am 100 certain that I clicked 180 73 EUR Also there s an unreasonable high Booking and Handling Fee of a total of 138 38 EUR Leaving my total cost for these 3 tickets a whopping 735 EUR or 193 EUR more than the raw ticket price I fully acknowledge that I have a responsibility for checking the prices prior to check-out but nonetheless I feel somewhat overwhelmed as Math is definitely not my strong side - and EUR is not my native currency I sit now with a regret that I didn t investigate the market a bit more and just picked the top result Very disappointing - but still looking forward to the concert - just hoping the tickets show up in good time so we don t have to worry about that

Bought tickets to Harry Styles show in Oslo and the gig is the day after tomorrow but I still haven t got my tickets I keep writing to support team but they say the same thing every time I have to go to a different country for the show so I need my ticket to be sure I m not going there in vain I m starting to worry Please send me a ticket already or refund meupdate got tickets a day before the show only when I wrote a review here but they were valid and it does say that ticket will arrive 3-1 days before the show had an amazing time though it was stressful

I booked tickets to see Coldplay at Wembley Aside from the ticket fee the booking fee was a further 55 euro - and then tax was added onto it too The problem was that it took VERY long for me to receive the tickets - the event was on Saturday and I received them on Wednesday when I was almost sure I wouldn t be attending the concert I must say though that the customer service for Gigsberg was excellent I contacted them several times and they reassured me and helped me throughout One more thing - although this is not Gigsberg s fault - do be careful what you re buying When I received the tickets I realised that I d overpaid six times as much as the price of the original ticket If possible always buy tickets for the original source

While the problems were solved and I did get my tickets eventually I could not in good conscious recommend gigsberg to a friend as it was a very stressful experience I was told that my tickets were secured and guaranteed but then a day before the concert I was told that the seller had to give replacement tickets I didn t mind as I had originally purchased floor tickets but I ended up with seats which was actually much better for me I accepted the offer of replacement tickets half an hour after the email was sent But I was told that those tickets were now unavailable and I was offered different ones I then basically got trapped in an unofficial bidding war and I when I was told that the tickets would be sent over the seller seemed to change his mind and offered me different ones I was sick and tired of it by this point and started to accept that I wasn t going to go to the concert It was very upsetting But luckily they did arrive The Customer Service could be so much better as I was really messed about and I was repeatedly reassured by Gigsberg that everything was fine months before but it clearly wasn t It was very badly organised

A terrible experience my ticket for Madonna s show came with the wrong date I asked for it to be corrected okay One day before the show in Milan they sent an email saying they could send the ticket on the same day The detail is that I live two hours away from Milan It s been tough I don t recommend it unless you enjoy going through stress and anxietyEdit I will post again when I receive or if I receive the ticket EDIT 2 I received my tickets at 4 00 PM which was 4 hours before the show Due to the stress caused I rate it with 2 stars

I bought a ticket for The Weeknd concert in Prague wich will be on August 6th but I m really scared because I still haven t recieved my ticket I was informed by e-mail that this is to be expected and that I will recieve the ticket relatively late but it is so disturbing I m also afraid that the seller is a fraud and the ticket will be fake because I have read such a comment here I m afraid that I won t go to my dream concert
