Never again Gigsberg!!

Steer clear and book tickets through Gigsberg!
They protect those they sell tickets for - and let us customers get scammed for huge amounts!
In our case we paid €214 per ticket, and of course thought we would get to sit at the very front.
When we got the tickets - late the day before the concert, there were tickets worth €69, and we ended up at the very back and saw nothing!!
In addition we paid €215 in fees - so €1110 for
4 tickets that actually cost €276 in total.
Never again!!!!

Lack of support

I have been trying to sort out a ticket issue with Gigsberg since late July, and I am frustrated by their lack of support. I ordered tickets for a really good section near the stage but was sent seats in a section, which had an obstructed view due to a pillar. I paid a hefty 3000 EUR, expecting premium seats, but ended up far from the stage. I reached out to Gigsberg right away and provided photos, but it took three months to get a response. They eventually offered me 570 EUR as a settlement, which feels inadequate and dismissive.
If you’re thinking about using Gigsberg, be cautious. My experience has shown they are unresponsive, and once you’ve paid, you may be left on your own. I would suggest choosing another platform that stands by its customers.

Buyer beware No refund for Steve Nicks cancelled concert

I used Gigsberg to buy Steve Nicks tickets She cancelled the concert due to health reasons Gigsberg said the money would be refunded within 21 days it is now over 40 days and Gigsberg now only reply wth automated messages saying the matter is being reviewed what a terrible service they have 600 of my money and do not communicate What a terrible service Buyer beware

I m very upset

I m very upset I bought tickets in July and they haven t arrived yet The show is the day after tomorrow in London I bought flight tickets and paid for hotel rooms but no concert tickets in the pocket I sent emails but got a generic answer probably from a bot I asked for a guarantee but got none I tried the chat but it s not working not even getting through I have used other ticket sellers before and always got my tickets immediately This is the first and the last time I use Giggsberg Hefty commission no tickets and a lot of stress Very Bad

Matt Rife tickets still waiting

Bought Matt Rife tickets before Christmas as a present - the gig is tonight and as yet we have no tickets - i am so worried that we are not going to get these tickets We have hotel and transportation booked and paid for and need to set off shortly I have emailed and telephoned and keep being told that they should arrive today Lets hope they do as TOMORROW will be too late It has spoiled the gift and whole experience

Gigsberg is a completely disaster Purchase ticket for Coldplay on 31 08 was gift for my gf on her birthday and instead of ticket I got error msg now am emailing and texting them alredy 2 weeks to refund me and still nothing They treat you like you are silly making you believe that they are going to refund the money

I bought 4 tickets for AC DC in Paris this year At the gate one ticket was refused because it had already been used before we arrived at the venue I spent 2 hours with Gigsberg customer support on whatsapp only to receive a message that we re sorry we can t help I complained by email 3 weeks passed no response It s a scam please don t use this platform Tickets I received had changed names while scanning names were different I am sending reminder after reminder and no one is responding to my complan for 250euro ticket Terrible experience with customer support

Gigsberg failed to deliver Chappell Roan ticket

I purchased a Chappell Roan concert ticket from Gigsberg for my teen daughter weeks before the show Gigsberg sent multiple emails over several weeks saying the ticket was guaranteed but it might not show up in my account until the day before the concert The morning of the show they finally sent an email saying they would not be fulfilling the order Please consider carefully before using this site
