I m writing this review to reassure anyone considering a purchase from this company Initially I encountered an issue with receiving my tickets via email My immediate concern was that I would be stuck in a long queue risking the loss of 2000 However I was pleasantly surprised I reached out online and received a response within seconds When I followed up on WhatsApp the promptness was the same What impressed me most was that each time I contacted them they had full notes on my order so I never had to explain the situation more than once I received my tickets of course

100 real I got my 2 tickets for Coldplay in Dublin and because I bought them from 2 different sellers one came after 20min but for the second I was waiting 1 5 days I was so stressed and afraid that I wouldn t get my second ticket but the support team was so great and polite especially with me and my emails every 3 hours I got my second ticket 8 hours before the gig and we had an absolute blast Thank you Gigsberg we will remember that night forever It was worth every money

Purchased 2 tickets for coldplay in Dublin a week before the event Tickets were transferred to my account on the morning of the event via UK Ticketmaster website Got to turnstiles and the tickets scanned for us without any problems From reading other reviews on here it looks like some tickets were void so it s an expensive risk if there going to work or not I would use Gigsberg again but only as a last resort We were trying to get tickets for the past year but had no luck Saying all that we had brilliant night Thanks Gigsberg

Went to Coldplay on the last night in Dublin got my tickets on the Sunday thought I was getting scammed but it definitely wasn t a scam I had the best night of my life I swear to god if your looking for last minute tickets anywhere this is the place to go tickets are pricey but worth every penny

I was a bit apprehensive about using Gigsberg at first as I hadn t used them before but I cannot fault their service at all Just recieved my tickets for Morgan Wallen today after a slight mix up with getting the email from Ticketmaster turned out to be my fault as id misspelled my own email address in the gigsberg site I know That being said their customer service cannot be faulted and the issue was quickly discovered and fixed due to the quickness in responding to my emails WhatsApps Will definitely be using them again
