Hey guys Bought a ticket of The Weeknd for 12th of July from this site They haven t given me the ticket yet and says I will receive it maximum 1-3days before the show Hope I will get my ticket soon I will keep updating you guysUpdate Its 4th of July and still waiting for my ticket Booked my flight and hotel in Brussels and hoping to see the Weeknd without any problem From today there are 8 days left

I purchased a ticket for Roger Waters concert in Copenhagen through this website The low price of the ticket only 47 euros caught my attention especially considering that it was priced at around 160 euros on Ticketmaster at that time Without hesitation I made the purchase The ticket arrived promptly However it was only then that I noticed the ticket was issued in someone else s name and I realized that this was a resale site Upon reading the reviews I was convinced that the ticket was counterfeit and that I had been deceived I was afraid that I wouldn t be able to attend the concert However to my relief everything went smoothly While I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this site I must admit that I wasn t defrauded and the ticket worked as expected Nevertheless the fear and uncertainty I experienced were a heavy price to pay far exceeding the cost of the most expensive ticket

After booking Queen tickets at the O2 in 2020 the following emails regarding concert postponement was clear Following that I received emails saying you could get your tickets Unfortunately the days before and even on the day I had not been able to see the tickets in the app I eventually got the tickets from the app after I had spoken to a Rachel who managed to get it sorted for me and get the tickets over to the app in time

Bought tickets last July for Bruce Springsteen in Hyde park today 6th July 23 Booked a hotel and train tickets Hadn t received tickets before leaving home which made me a bit nervous I was hoping to print them off so I had something physical to show guess I m a bit old skool that way Contacted Gigsberg via live chat and was assured tickets would be sent e tickets Arrived in London yesterday still no tickets contacted them again same assurance and said it was Ticketmaster who were the supplier and they would be released at midnight Checking my emails all night nothing Was convinced I d been scammed Contacted them again this morning same assurance Finally got tickets sent at 9am gates open at 2pm 5 hours before Tickets weren t from Ticketmaster either so that was all nonsense Finally got tickets but a stressful time up to it Why it has to be so last minute I don t know I ll be very very reluctant to ever use Gigsberg again

I booked tickets for a May 8th concert in January No tickets arrived so I began to contact Gigsberg using the support email and the chat function They said don t worry should arrive in week before they did not Then they said 3 days before then 1to 2 days they didn t come Then they said 12-24 hours before Today at midday on 8th May I was a bit panicked as my two daughters arrived from Ireland for the concert Finally one ticket arrived via an email at 3 20 pm Had to download the event location App and get the QR code and send to my daughter Finally at 3 40 pm I was prompted by Gigsberg to look in Junk and a second email with a link had gone there Went through same process and finally by now 4pm they got both QR codes on their phones which I sure hope will admit them this evening at 7pm Was a painful process and I will not be using them again

Hello i m trying to buy two tickets for the arctic monkeys concert in Rome I registered on gigsberg and filled all the info required I put my bank account info to purchase the tickets and confirmed the payment from my bank app but nothing happened I didn t receive any confirmation email and the money from the bank have not been taken Now i m a little scared cause I don t know if this process requires time or the payment wasn t successful I want to try again but like i said i m affraid cause when i confirmed from my bank account it said the confirmation was successful Can you please help clarify

Tickets delivered with sufficient advance I think therefore Gigsberg should do more to fight black market allowing only a decent price increase max 2x
