One of the worst ticket order experiences I ve had

Bought 3 tickets for almost 1000 three months before the show and got finally got my tickets a week before the event by emailing their customer support non-stop Their policy is questionable and very stressing I won t recommend using their website and will not buy from them again

Delivery times dreadful

Bought our tickets last November and only due to the amazing efforts of the Limerick UPS office have them in my hand as we left for the airport they were due to be delivered later this evening in Ireland and the concert is in Germany tomorrow Not good enough stress took any joy out of last few days before trip4 days later just got a reply from Gigsbeg saying that they were glad we received the tickets I think they have missed the point completely

they have no limitation on what resellers are charging for tickets so you may end up paying 4 times the price of the face value for your ticket my partner got me tickets that were face value of 33 90 and was charged over 120 for each of the tickets there should be some kind of limitation on how much they can be resold for because this is just daylight robbery we were unsure if we were ever going to get the tickets but 24 hours before the event tomorrow they have arrived wouldn t recommend as the resale prices they agree to post are ridiculous and i have found online better tickets closer to the stage at half the price paid i d avoid using this site if you are a buyer if i was you

Coldplay tickets

We have booked 2 e-tickets for the Coldplay concert in Lyon for June 2024 and the tickets were never sent to us yet We are ready to book the flight tickets and the accommodation however we feel uncertain We have contacted their customer support team and they said they will send them closer to the concert day however this is very weird since other companies are sending them directly Anybody else experienced something similar or is there anybody who can advice me further

A terrible experience

Thank you so much I ended up going to a Taylor Swift concert Be careful they are dodgy I paid 536 euros for a ticket with unrestricted view But when it was about to start I was informed that I needed to change to another location I told them I wanted the location I originally chose or a refund They didn t make it clear what I should do After I kept asking they gave me a ticket but when I arrived I found out that I had been deceived and it was a ticket with a limited view But I still have to pay the same price

Go to ticketmaster direct

Although the ticket transfer was all smooth I had been ripped off for the price of the tickets This company made about 80 from what the tickets were being sold on ticket master I wanted to change my seats as the ones I had were so poor ticket master advised to go back to gigsberg but they weren t helpful at all They pure ripped me off the seats that I paid for which spoilt my whole experience I will never use a 3rd party website ever again First and last time

I received 2 tickets for a concert this coming Sunday The value of the ticket was just 28 euro ticket and I paid 180 euro for 2 tickets Where did the rest of the money go Anxious to see whether we will get in

Access denied

Downloaded and printed tickets Arrived at the venue Tried to scan the tickets but they came up as Already Scanned Had to go to the box office who said tickets were invalid and had to purchase more at an extra cost of 250 Only saving grace was the speed of response but not help on WhatsApp and five days later after complaining a refund of the original tickets Probably wouldn t use again

Bruce Springsteen tickets 25 7 2024

Bought Bruce Springsteen tickets in November I only received them 20 hours before the concert The day before the concert I was furious that I didn t have a ticket yet so the discussion lasted 24 hours I almost thought I was being cheated I don t know how they benefit from such a way of doing business I m not sure I ll ever buy tickets there again

Gigsberg is slow to refund

I have bought one ticket for the Taylor Swift concert in Vienna the one that has been cancelled It took 2 months to get the refund after massively pinging them as opposed to the 28 working days
