Matt Rife event rescheduled have chased and chased for the amended tickets to be transferred event is in less than 20 hours still no tickets despite purchasing over a month ago Customer service is full of excuse after excuse and never want to take any accountability to refund or source another ticket with the event change it isn t even sold out anymore had to charge back credit card in the end Will never use again and recommend anyone to stay clear of Horrible experience

Tickets didn t come till after the doors opened they cancelled

After following up for the whole day and being given meaningless responses to keep waiting indefinitely they cancelled the tickets The doors opened for the cold play concert at 5pm and I get an email at 6 10pm that they regret to cancel it and will give a full refund They assured me the tickets would be sent by email and asked me to leave for the venue I write this as I am on my way there and I have to head back home after spending money to get there without attending the concert Their chat system is terrible they only respond to emails and were never proactive I now await my refund and would advise against using this site as it s a waste of time money effort and energy
