I ve bought the ticket by mistake and they only refund if the ticket don t come through however in the end I needed it and the ticket arrived a day in advance the day of the concert after purchase it the previous day - it all went smooth and hosts at the concert also placed a red carpet for my arrival Thank You

I had never heard of Gigsberg before

I had never heard of Gigsberg before I put in search for tickets fir Matt Rife and this site came up for someone selling tickets so started procedure to buy and Gigsberg came up with tickets which I then bought It was easy to do and then got tickets transferred by ticketmaster Initial problem email address for both sites must be same but got tickets in time as show was following night

What a rollercoaster but not with gigsberg Missed the official release ticket and issues with other companies decided to forget about it Gigsberg was recommended by a friend and by some good online reviewsI decided to give a try and don t regret any bit Bought 2 days before concert next day received an email there was an issue with ticket but promptly they offered a good alternative They followed giving support and asking about delivery of ticket ways of retrieving and confirmation that I got the tickets I believe they earned a customer and will recommend to people that need a ticket with support and no worries Thank you for making this night special
