I ordered some charms for my daughter for Christmas 2022 and had a nightmare experience - they arrived in February However when they did arrive they were beautiful and she loved them I just ordered 4 more - 2 were free and this time for her birthday and they have arrived very quickly They are gorgeous and I am very pleased with them I m glad I gave the company a second chance

Bought charms and bracelet for my wife for Christmas When they arrived in a lovely box with a smashing cloth bag I was very happy indeed Alas the bracelet was too small my fault didn t order right size Contacted customer service and had a quick response Have now got new bracelet coming Kristen from customer services was very quick to respond and get the issue sorted Very good product and very happy to recommend this company to all Andrew UK

Great service I queried the promotion that was on 2 charms 2 free as my hubby bought me charms but I only received 2 Thanks to Gnoce they have honoured the promotion and my 2 additional charms are on order
