Slow correspondence they may or may not email you back took over 4 months to arrive I ended up giving my friend her birthday present at Christmas instead when the parcel eventually came the products are lovely but not worth the wait would not refund me either when I asked after a month of nothing and no response Will never order again be warned people the reply emails which I did get aren t spelt correctly which gives the impression that a child could do better Dodgy to say the least was meant to get a refund of 10 never got that

Me and my girlfriend have bought several bracelets For Christmas presents for our family I have tried in vain to find a customer service that I can contact regarding the poor quality and one of the bracelets snapping So I think I will not be buying from you again Not happy

If I had known it would have been sent from China and that consequently it would have never arrived in time for when I needed it because it should have been a present I d have never bought it They should clearly write that items are delivered from China and that it takes time I ve been compelled to buy another present in order to be able to give it in time

I ordered before I read the reviews because the charms looked nice and was offering a free bracelet with every order and a safety charm It arrived in decent time but when I assembled it the inner elastic from the safety fell out Not impressed No wonder this only cost 20 pounds But a wasted 20 pounds indeed No idea if it s real silver as I haven t bothered wearing it Tat

Bought charms for my wife for Christmas and they didn t arrive untill 22nd of January plus they are a really cheap looking and bad quality charms and definitely not solid silver She still liked them but not worth the price I payed Should of just bought a pandora charm or the exact same charms I bought here from Alliexpress

These charms are so beautiful and loads to choose I must have spent over 300 pounds on charms and other Jewellery Unfortunately I ve only had them a few months and literally all of them look awful now the rose gold plating has come off then all However my pandora ones haven t I knew they would be too good to be true I would avoid buying if I m honest as lovely as they are and at a very good price it dosent seem worth it when they all lose their plating

I have been looking for a good dupe for Pandora for ages and I came across Gnoce There are YouTube reviews comparison independanr reviews social media pages etc so it must be a legit company Also sold on etsy ebay and amazon HOWEVER I do have some concerns which I have listed below -There are 3 websites Gnoce outlet FAKE gnoce com and gnoce co uk I am based in the UK and ordered from the com website They are both identical but my e-mail is only recognised on the website I ordered from Payment does seem secure -Having noticed this I used the live chat function to ask for an explanation on the 2 websites and to check all was O K with my order I couldn t get a response and the chat function disappeared Worried I have ordered from a Phishing website -On the FAQ s page it says their office is in NYC but the customer service address is in Hong Kong where items are shipped from -Trustpilot has an alert that they have removed a number of fake reviews from this company -After watching some YouTube videos it appears Gnoce is actually a reseller of items from China yet they appear as though they make these items -The e-mail I received thanking me for my order was very vague It contained no order number or details of my order I did take photos when I placed the order Do I think this is a scam No Am I still very worried Yes The charms look beautiful and prices great but I am scared I won t receive my order I will update if my order arrives If you order from them please use a credit card or PayPal

Order placed and paid for on June 6th Received JULY 4th To add to the injury- tax had to be paid to collect the parcel nice jewelry but not worth the wait
