Fantastic value for the charms and the bracelet so much so I ve purchased 6 sets Delivery took just over 2 weeks however due to being Christmas I expected this delivery time period I was not disappointed with the quality beautiful bracelets and very pretty charms Will certainly purchase again

Yesterday I received my bracelet and charm from Gnoce I bought it in memory of my treasured dog Molly so I asked for her name to be engraved on the clasp and the charm is one where I could put some of her ashes in I am absolutely delighted with the quality not only was it packaged in a lovely box with a beautiful soft velvet pouch the engraving of her name is so delicate it s perfect Alyssa in customer service was very quick to answer my question when I contacted them as there was a slight delay with it but she very kindly explained and also added a free charm of a dog along with a different type of bracelet for my troubles I highly recommend this company if you have to wait a little longer than expected you won t be disappointed The quality and service is excellent

Ordered a very sentimental bracelet and charms the personalised charms with pictures on came perfect and just how I wanted them unfortunately 2 of my items broke but after speaking to someone we arranged replacement items overall I am very happy with the service I received very friendly and helpful
