UPDATE Once I had a reply from a manager things started moving I received and email saying my order has been shipped the next day and after that it took about a week to arrive I was also given a percentage of my order back as compensation The only down points were I kept getting told to delete my review for me to get my compensation but I refused and said I ll change it once I had received my compensation and in the end I got it first and now I m updating my review Another point is you never speak email The same person twice like I replied to the managers email and never heard from her again but I got a reply from an employee instead and all my questions weren t answered from my email to the manager Other than that all was good all my item s came looked excellent exactly as it was showed online in the pictures So they aren t scammer and you will eventually receive your items Hope this helped My first time using gnoce Disappointed Placed an order close to 80 on the 17 12 22 on the website it said I should receive my order between 5 - 8 working days Once I placed my order I got a confirmation email saying all my item s are in stock and will be shipped within 24h and that I should get another email saying its been dispatched but its now the 22 12 22 and I still haven t got a email saying my orders been dispatched or nothing I ve sent in a ticket a few days ago but still haven t heard anything which is infuriating My order number is 300577874 if I could get an sort of update even a reply that would be appreciated

okay place to purchase charms they are personalized according to your taste its nice to see our pictures on the charms i purchased 3 times and they have offers too buy 2 get 2 free shipping takes 3-5 weeks cant track either with the given tracking number photo pics sometimes are not good as expected 1times its good 2nd n 3 rd time its not good experience

The charms necklace are nice and arrived fast in good packaging however I m pretty sure they are silver plated NOT solid silver I m not too bothered for the price and may well have bought them anyway if they d been advertised that way the live long and prosper charm in particular is pretty unique and pretty cool but I do think the website advertising is misleading They are certainly not anywhere near as good quality as a certain other well known more expensive retailer of similar In this case I do think you get what you pay for

May 4 2023 Update I ve received my overpayments I ve received responses to my Facebook message and emails My order is almost in the US As a customer I strongly advise against trying to get your shipments early via DHL or UPS It s a fee of 34 CAD plus 25 duty taxes Very pricey If you order you need to allow lots of time and patience The Gnoce products are worth the wait Gnoce has apologized for all the confusion Due to Mother s day replying was delayed No you ll never get through to the 1-877 number It s via email and other platforms of social media only You just have to accept this form of communication they work with If you re not happy with the way they communicate with their customers - in my opinion probably best for you to avoid this company Personally I love Gnoce and get them now and will continue to be their customer Almost 4 stars May 2 2023 Update still no reply I absolutely love Gnoce products However the customer service could use improvement I m having a terrible experience right at this very moment and nobody will get back to me I ve tried calling the 1-877 number and nobody is ever there to answer I am going to start from the beginning Currently I have been going back and forth very slowly with Gnoce s customer service department regarding an order I placed on April 23 2023 The 129 00 order has been paid in full and included free shipping I wanted to get the items quicker because it was a gift and I was told by customer service I could change and upgrade to DHL or UPS 25 USD 34 and to use the link they provided so yes I selected it got it in my bag under my account put all my credit card information in and checked out however the furthest the website would let me go was complete and checkout and then it wouldn t go to the final step of order complete So I tried again and again After all my failed attempts trying to pay the 34 and having my account not get to the order complete I gave up However to my horror all six 6 of my attempts were in fact sent to Gnoce and were accepted by Gnoce London 34 x 6 204 Customer service says they cannot find it and not under my account so they just simply told me to check with my credit card company From speaking with my credit card company the money is gone and Gnoce has it and I m heart broken and cannot get ahold of Customer Service So my fully paid order remains unshipped To date I m out 204 and no service received I don t feel the customer service I m receiving at this time is acceptable I m truly disappointed - I just loved my first few purchases and now I m sick to my stomach

Order Number UK300539745 Overall really happy with delivery time and quality of charms purchased they really are lovely However I ordered 4 different charms as gifts for 4 different people and they all just arrived altogether in one gift bag and one gift box so I am extremely unhappy about that How am i now meant to present the gifts on Christmas day one in a lovely gift bag and box and the other three in a clear celephen bag not happy about that at all I did email them regarding not being sent the proper packaging for each yesterday and requested they send me correct packaging for each but have yet to hear anything Even if they do send me them it s extremely unlikely they will be received in time for Christmas day which is quite upsetting Dont understand why they would do that when each purchase is meant to come in it s own presentation bag and box sadly it s really took the shine off the purchases for me and will discourage me from buying multiple items or any again

Got 4 charms that 3 look great the over one is cheap and doesn t look the best and the bracelet clasp broke after the first time of wearing it

My husband ordered a gnoce bracelet and some charms for me for Christmas The package got lost in the mail it was delivered but not in our mailbox Long story short customer service was not great for these guys But it showed up on our doorstep this afternoon Canada post screwed up and put it in someone else s mailbox and they only just checked As for the actual product review The bracelets are nice The chain is smaller than pandora ones I now have a pandora to compare it to since my gnoce never showed up I got the heart lock bracelet and the clasp is really hard to open close The bracelet is nice but doesn t have as much shine to is as a pandora The charms are quite lovely and since they fit on my pandora I ll likely be ordering more in the future knowing the website is legit Also I now have 3 bracelets to fill so merry christmas to me

The cost could at least come with an actual gift box Items are good thou

Hey i had order a gift from my girlfriend i ordered 3 charms as well a gift box and i ordered it on the 6th still no update and i m worried i have wasted my money could i please get a update soon

I purchased a small silver pendant with that I had engraved The pendant is very pretty but very petite but the chain is extremely small and very thin I can t replace the chain myself because the pendant opening is so small that I can t even remove the original chain I will have to take it to the jeweler and purchase a thin but durable chain and pay for their modifications as I am afraid to wear the necklace as is
