Item still processing Seem to be a theme since Nov tomorrow is 4 week since I placed my order although the email stated they had needed another 5 days last time I asked for an update no response to my latest request for an update via email this is a special birthday present that I need for 24th should I give up order UK300600441

Poor Customer Service and lack of delivery details Ordered to separate orders for items for Christmas One the Week after black Friday one ordered Early December neither order received 19 12 23 customer service keep saying will be sent out in two days have emailed 3 times now

I have not received my order which I placed 04 12 I asked for refund 16 12 and had no reply however they marked my item dispatched 17 12 and tracking isn t working plus had no answer for my first email Items are dispatched from CHINA despite the website seems to be uk based I would advise not to place orders from this website there s plenty other businesses in UK selling similar items Im left without money or xmas present Im going have to start chargeback process as no contact with gnoce

Ordered my daughter jewellery thinking it was a UK site but unfortunately not they are being shipped from China It is now 2 days before Xmas an they are only leaving China so waste of money as they were xmas gifts

Absolutely gutted when my mother received her order First time we have ever ordered from here and won t be again She ordered a bracelet and several personalised charms The one with 4 names is okay not amazing but ok The worst one is a heart with two names personalised and the writing is tiny and unrecognisable You cannot make out either name which is really disappointing as it was a gift for her from her grand children I wouldn t order from here again - waste of money and cheap rubbish

This company is a complete Scam DO NOT BUY FROM HERE TEMU HAS WAY CHEAPER AND UNIQUE BEADS AND BETTER PRICES WITH GUARANTEE that are 925 plus they get her quicker My partner purchased 100 worth of item one of which broke in the first week of me wearing it We emailed relentlessly to get a replacement and no response I can see previous reviews that the lady asks you respond to a email Mandysong15 gmailI mean c mon If that is Gnoce company email That says it all really Shame as I like there beads however I will be going back to Pandora if I want overpriced beads thank you Do not give you hard earned money to Gnoce to be ripped off and then ignored when it either doesn t show up or breaks It literally is NOT worth the frustration

Ordered some earrings for my mother on 18th December in the belief that it was a uk website The money was debited the next day and whilst I received an email confirming the order it had no order number or tracking information on it so is completely useless Very upset as my mum didn t get her Christmas present which was very awkward as you can imagine Tried to do an online chat but no response after 24 hours and have now just raised a ticket in the hope that I ll get a response Very disappointed for my mum and wasted 48 on what I now think is going to be complete rubbish - if we ever receive it that is

Avoid Ordered a bracelet and several charms however the bracelet was faulty I tried to contact Gnoce via their website with no reply Eventually I got a PM response through Facebook which stated don t go through the complication of returning the bracelet here s a 5 discount to buy another and we ll include another bracelet free After arguing this they then suggested I purchase extra shipping at 7 95 and they d send a replacement and sent me a link I didn t want to argue any further as this was a Xmas present so I stupidly purchased the extra shipping Then 2 weeks went by with no sign of the bracelets I messaged them on fb and was told The item is still in the manufacturing process please be patient Despite the item still being for sale on their website and Amazon Several more days later I tried again and got the very same reply Clearly being lied to and fobbed off So their 60 day refund or exchange is a complete lie To cut a long story short I ended up going through PayPal to get a refund Ignore their reply below I ve seen this copy and paste reply to all of their bad reviews Avoid

Placed order for personalized projection bracelet no order number or updates on delivery after nearly 2 weeks Finally showed up 4 days after Christmas Poor quality projection is tiny and barely works Bracelet clasp broken after 1 week unable to raise a ticket to return due to website not letting me Contacted customer service via email address heard nothing Cheap Chinese rubbish and useless customer service that do not care Please avoid and save money and stress

Disappointed with durability of bracelets I have had 2 now and both have broken at the fittings after a few hours of wear The quality is not as expected in accordance with their advertising or at the cost I have no trust in the quality to purchase further and risk losing charms as a result
