GHA likes to promote itself as providing local customer focused services as well as adhering to a set of values viz Honesty Integrity Respect Empathy Commitment Trust - their website advises that everything we do is underpinned by our values and they sound very laudable However sadly the reality appears to be the total opposite GHA don t appear to subscribe to their values with regards to their statutory obligations for example they obtained my personal information for one purpose but ignoring GDPR legislation they unlawfully used it for other purposes The Association is poorly managed - Senior management have a Nelson s Eyes syndrome - they look at things with their blind eye Likewise GHA s Board of Management seem to have adopted a sloppy shoulder mentality and seem to be guided by their management into accepting poor customer service as being acceptable 1 5 for customer service

Our windows are covered in mold had Stewart from osprey round today ordering my son who has asthma to clean it every 4 weeks That won t stop it as the window seals between the panes of glass is knackered But according to housing disrepairWindow FaultsBroken or damaged windows faulty frames and inadequate insulation that can compromise energy efficiency and occupant comfort When it comes to reporting issues to your landlord they may not complete repairs If you ve asked your landlord to fix your home and they haven t you v disrepair claims possible They refuse to mend them well replace them and ordering someone with asthma to clean them is pointless and disgracefull a waste of our time as it will come back time after time its been 3 to 4 yrs maybe more weve had this problem The vents are open and he expects us to open the windows too were nae Eskimos I m disabled and my son s my carer Stewart s words were it s about time I cleaned the mould as it s just surface mold Mold is mold it shouldn t come back week after week as longs they get there rent that s all they care about

Terrible company destroy person to level they don t want to life cancer op cancelled because of state of house that took 4 years to fix 5 and half years and heating still not fixed won t return calls made my life worthless now health has deteriorated so bad can t get my operation s hope they are proof because am not Mandy morrison
