This works well as a system for anyone who wants to make a fast and guaranteed sale You upload your items get an offer quickly and once the goods are received and verified the payment is instant However expect to get the absolute minimal value of the items you sell to Responsible Of course they want to make money out of reselling them but in my opinion it is not worth it unless you are in need of money A brand new Michael Kors handbag worth almost 500 was acquired by Responsible for 63 Shocking isn t it

Haven t had my parcel in 9 days struggling to get any response from the company to explain why despite 3 attempts to reach anyone difficult to give a good review reallyUPDATE since this review they have gone the extra mile to help Fixing a problem the right way is important as sometimes we can t always stop things going wrong

Easy to use

First time using Haru to send some old clothes off easy to use app happy with prices I did have an issue with my parcel once I sent it off but this was resolved in a quick and efficient way will be using again to sell my old clothes also massive shout out to Naomi who works in customer service she s a credit to your company very polite and resolved my issue within a few days

If patience is a virtue then Haru deserves a medal for guiding me through an EVRI-induced test of it My parcel went on an unplanned scenic tour of the country thanks EVRI but Haru s customer service skills were nothing short of heroic Despite my mounting frustration Haru kept me calm with timely updates and a reassuring attitude that was practically zen-level Every message from Haru felt like a digital cup of tea warm soothing and exactly what I needed while waiting for EVRI to finally locate my wayward package In the end Haru made the wait bearable and that deserves five stars even if EVRI deserves none

Fantastic and genuine quality items which are more affordable and also creates a WONDERFUL circular system were you can renew items without them ending up in landfill I love this Will be buying from here a lot in the future

I just absolutely love this company I have ordered multiple times over the last 6 month and been so impressed The clothing is fantastic and at a great price The customer service is genuinely first class A lot of other company s could do a lot worse than seeing how Responsible go about things The staff should give themselves a pat on the back
