Love the idea of the company

Love the idea of the company this time I ordered it took a week to reecive my items and tha packaging wasn t anywherenear as good as the first time I ordered I d use you guys again but I do think a week for delivery is pretty slow these days

Really like the concept Unfortunately I ordered a hoodie that was too small for me Free return label worked great but did take 20 days for point of ordering to get the full refund due to only a partial refund being given in the first place

I ordered a cardigan and a jumper

I ordered a cardigan and a jumper they arrived quickly and were well packed However the sizing was very wrong the jumper was meant to be a medium size and was very small the Cardigan was supposed to be a medium and was very large The return of the items was easy and I was refunded quickly Sadly I don t think I will be using the site again

Easy order process and quick delivery Dress was as described but smelt awful - somewhere between sweat and wet dog definitely not the usual washing powder smell I have immediately washed it and will keep it because I love the style and believe in the Haru ethos This was my first order so disappointing but I am hoping this is a one off experience and future purchases will smell divine

Shirt purchased was advertised in excellent condition Nice product although on closer inspection there were a few minor stains looked unwashed and had some slight fabric damage on one of the arms and the badge was fairly worn Overall I m not blown away as I believe the shirt in the condition was a tad overpriced
