Customer Services at Responsible are outstanding I ve purchased a few items recently and had some issues mainly shipping which was out of their control however the quick responses despite it being just one person and overloaded with Christmas orders personal service and additional help were absolutely brilliant I wouldn t hesitate to source my kids streetwear from Responsible US again and again Sizes were a bit hit miss on a couple of items but I think that depends if people have put them through tumble driers

Having bought and sold with Responsible all have been very good experiences Buying is easy returns are easy selling is easy Selling Use the online web form Get an offer on whatsup within 24 hours Say yes use the link for the postage label get it printed put it your package put it in Evri post and wait Once arrived at Responsible they will look the items over Then the payment is made fast within 24 hours way less in my experience payment was made within a couple of hours Each item is paid for separately Offers to buy can be on the smaller side but if you want a quick injection of cash and not have to deal with ebayers or depoppers and their massive fees it is perfect

I used this app to clear out my wardrobe Had a load of items that I was planning to sell on Vinted depop but never found the time It was quick easy with Haru Probably could have made a bit more money selling myself but was happy to take their offer to save time listing the products dealing with buyers and multiple trips to the post office and also just to get the cash fast as opposed to waiting for the items to sell Will 100 use it again Got paid out as soon as they received my items
