I ve lived in my property for 8 years and dealt with countless incompetent property managers who do not follow up on works and repairs This has now changed as the the property manager Maureen is amazing she actions things fast her customer service is great she even called me up personally to see how my cancer scan went and my faith in hazelvine is being restored Maureen is a godsend and frankly deserves to be paid more than the previous property managers as she is doing the job way and above in my opinion when you compare to previous property managers who literally did nothing and I considered taking hazelvine to court for breach of contract for breaking the lease agreement saying repairs would be done in reasonable time She has already begun the process to repair to major issues that have been not actioned in 8 years of ownership

An unscrupulous greedy and morally bankrupt company that is only driven by one aim to take as much of your money as they can Staff are rude and dismissive whilst charges are extortionate and ever increasing The culture is rotten to the core with no desire for them to relinquish their cash cow Agree with other authors that this is exploitation and greed in its purest form Cala also culpable and complicit for partnering with Hazelvine How do employees and directors look themselves in the mirror everyday knowing how they operate Are they proud of what they knowingly put people through What do they tell their families What if a resident was someone they knew Residents will unite against this financial bullying
