I have been renting a Car since March 2020 and i have found all your staff very easy to deal with I want to mention Paul Manning Rosaleen McPhilips in particular as they looked after me for the last 18 Months and they provided me with a Brilliant Service and always ensured that my Hertz experience was a pleasurable one I will definitely be recommending Hertz to all my colleagues

I hired a car this week as I m back in Ireland due to a family illness The colleague who looked after the return 5pm Saturday 22nd is a credit to Hertz and couldn t have been more pleasant to deal with - exactly what I needed after the week I ve had The car itself was a new reg Golf with 1k miles Absolutely perfect

My experience with Hertz Van hire has been nothing but positive Staff advised me on the most suitable vehicle for my requirements and went above and beyond on arranging renewal process of the rental when my schedule was unexpectedly changed Both rental office staff and accounts staff were incredibly pleasant and professional in any dealings I had in person on the phone and by email correspondence And the van I hired was a dream to drive Very happy with experience all round

Wonderful experience

I have rented a car from Sligo after my flight being cancelled and my Hertz experience was so smooth that it brought me peace of mind after all the previous stress First we have called the agency and the employee has been very helpful telling us not to take the insurance online that it would be cheaper buying it at the desk Then when we arrived we were attended very quickly the paperwork was done fast even though I had not filled in my details online The woman at the desk was absolutely lovely - she was super efficient and having a chat with us at the same time We loved our experience with Hertz and highly recommend it Thank you for everything

Hired a large van to move furniture and household items Online booking was straight forward terms and conditions were clear costs were transparent Very easy pick up from Dublin Airport and counter staff were fine with the fact that I was a little early
