Happy customer

Been with Hey Broadband for 18 months few teething issues once set up but apart from that it has been steady with fast speeds very little downtime any planned maintenance is normally carried out on a night One thing I believe they need to work on is customer services It s not easy to get through to report issues or get updates this is the only reason for scoring them down by 1

All good so far

A few hiccups with the original set up a tree that got in the way of installation and some lacklustre responses from the owners of said tree It meant my set-up was delayed by a week or two but HB were helpful in getting issues resolved quickly so not a major issue in the end Since set up it s all been working great I ve had HB in place for about a year now and have had no complaints regarding coverage or service so far Have already done so and will continue to recommend

Generally speaking an excellent service

Generally speaking an excellent service for a very reasonable price Gigabit symmetrical broadband for under fifty pounds a month My only gripe being that when I ordered an ip phone service I naturally assumed that I would need to buy an ip telephone Many weeks of to and fro from tech support were fruitless Eventually I discovered that you need an analogue telephone to make this service work with the current router Somewhat peeved at the lack of info from HB on this issue and the fact that I had gone to the expense and bother of purchasing an ip phone for nothing

Consistently 905mb 920mb Speeds Very Happy

I have had Hey Broadband since April 2024 and although my installation was slightly delayed due to no service point at my property this was quickly resolved and the team did a very tidy job I am using my own AiMesh system so my installation was a Bridge Mode setup which you have to inform them beforehand if you wish to use your own equipment Service level has been excellent and consistent with a 905mb 920mb service level for the past 2 months Hope this helps

Sounds new company Offered broadband for very low and affordable price Customer service is good Engineers are dedicated and offer 24 7 service especially my service engineer Nick Fruen is amazing anytime texting he solve my doubts or query as my internet is recent setup Working well with good speed so far Thank you for team Hope they keep up same standard and promising lol

I should ve signed up sooner

Likes - Fantastic SUPER fast WiFi speeds Over 100mb a second when downloading games files - Fab introductory monthly price Literally over 30x cheaper than my previous provider with over twice the speed - Super friendly sales and techs when setting up Dislikes - The 5ghz WiFi can be unreliable on occasion but should hopefully be resolved fully in the near future as the service matures

Incorrect Bil

Whilst I ve been trying to sort out an incorrect bill and contract renewal with no response from either team in a week Mandi from the Customer Service Tram has been excellent in trying to assist with my issue

The engineer was very friendly and knew what he was doing he was called Amit and Lovepreet they didn t take much time to fix it but did a grate job
