Installed very fast even in bad weather speed and no buffering on TV mobiles has been a great result

Thank you Andr s for giving us such wonderful service

We have just been connected to Hey Broadband and the connection seems fast and efficient The engineer who really impressed us was Andr s from Colombia It was going to be difficult to connect us to broadband due to the pole outside our house being marked as dangerous but he did all he could to get around the problem - working until late - and came back with a cherry picker hoist and got us connected He was so friendly charming and helpful Hey Broadband are lucky to have such a good hardworking engineer on their team

I had my installation completed today

I had my installation completed today successfully The engineer technician Andre Nunes was professional very polite well presentable and explained the process clearly The installation was nice and clean There were some company policies in place nothing new there However Andre was able to find the best alternative all while keeping well within these policies I m a technician myself and can honestly say Andre did a fantastic job 10 10 Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service
