From start to finish we had no problems at all The initial contact was made within hours of showing interest which is above expectations Every step of the installation process was explained by phone email and made very clear All members of staff including engineers and office members were polite and helpfull and very professional Lastly the broadband speed is what we were promised and very reliable Highly recommend

Hi there Just spoke to an employee at County Broadband Dana or Danni that dealt with my worry complaint and she was an absolute credit to this company She took away my worries within 5 minutes and was totally up to speed with the situation She was the first one to actually check my email address and so found the issue with not receiving any information Well done Wish all companies had employees like you

Helpful advice and problem resolved
Leon was extremely helpful from the point he contacted me through to resolution though it did take some time He called me when he said he would and gave consistent advice He also sought guidance elsewhere when it appeared we were going nowhere I m pleased to say my problem is now fixed

Customer service
Customer service is very Bad due to you cant speak to anyone the options given when trying to contact them just takes you round in circles also tried service ticket no one has looked at it for 4 days i should of stayed with EE I am paying for 200 MBPS only getting 6 MBPS Total wast of time I will be very unhappy if this is not sorted out before Christmas due to it will effect the whole family and visitors my Home security tv internet is all not working how it should Due to COUNTY BROADBAND After Being contacted by Leon from tech support this issue has now been resolved and i am now a very happy customer Leon s customer service skills are first class and a credit to CBB I wish you all a very Happy Christmas and a Happy New year

Just amazed by the engineer who came 10 10
I asked Leon if my cable route could be changed A call was booked for their engineer Ashley who arrived when expected He was so good at his job and so good with human skills It was a challenging route for a cable run but he did it all with a smile and extreme competence The place was tidier when he left than it was when he arrived

Very pleased so far
I am only a few days into having County Broadband supplying my internet solution but so far I only have praise for the service with download and upload speeds as promised The CB Engineers Trevor and Dave were friendly knowledgeable and professional They completed the installation to a high standard with little interruption of my day I have dealt with CB Customer Services only to confirm the booking but this was uneventful with an agent who was both friendly helpful
