A tale of two halves

An updated review based on the excellent installation man who spent hours making the installation happen Cables and cable chambers a long way away and it would have been easy to turn away like the last installation team did Polite professional and bloody hard working I m now on fire with 900 mbps Sorry I didn t get his name but thank you Previous 1 star review - Installation team turned up yesterday and were very pleasant and professional but stated there was a problem and arranged for them to return the next day today between 1200-1600 checking and double checking this new appointment I have waited in and cancelled plans no one has arrived no one has phoned no one has emailed no one has made any attempt to contact me

I got my installation today with Hardeep Singh and Satwant Singh They both very friendly and hard worker They listen to my queries and answer all the questions Very lovely people

Banbury 900mbit install

Hardeep Singh and Satwant Signh came today for Civil works but they managed to get the line installed without any digging They also offered to do the connection although it wasn t their responsibility and completed the setup with a tidy installation Overall great job and fast everything was done within 1hr or less

I am now 15 months into my contract with Hey Broadband and couldn t be more pleased that I made the decision to switch to them Great value fixed contract with no price hikes during contract 140mbps download which is more than enough and no outages Also can get Wi-Fi all around the house and in the garden without any boosters Great job Hey B - hope you don t get taken over by the big players
